Please review our key policies below: Reservations & Cancellations - Individual Reservations: A 30-day advance notice is required for a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee per tent. - Group Reservations: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. - No-Shows: Guests who do not check in by 10 PM on their arrival day without prior arrangement will forfeit the entire cost of their stay. Check-in & Check-out - Check-in: 4 PM. We'll let you know if your accommodation is ready earlier. - Check-out: 10 AM. - Late Check-out: Available until 1 PM for an additional $75, subject to availability. Occupancy & Stays -Occupancy: Luxury Tents/Suites accommodate a maximum of 2 guests; Luxury Tent Lodges accommodate a maximum of 4 guests - Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum is required. Holiday and event weekends may require 3 nights or more. Pet & Child Policies - Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 fee (maximum 2 dogs, 80 lbs each). Dogs must be leashed (max 6 ft), supervised, and owners must clean up after them. Noisy or aggressive dogs are not permitted. - Children: We welcome families! We kindly ask that children respect neighbors and staff, and parents supervise their children at all times. Property Conduct - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. No amplified sound or loud noises at any time. - Smoking: Outdoorsy is a non-smoking property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, candles, and incense. A minimum $350 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside accommodations. - Good Neighbor Policy: Be considerate of others. Profanity or violent behavior is not tolerated, and disruptive guests may be asked to leave. Payments & Incidentals - Payment: We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. - Deposits: The full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. - Incidentals: A $150 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card at check-in for potential in-room incidentals. You are responsible for any damage or missing items in your accommodation. General Information - Amenities: Amenities and services may change without notice. Specific unit numbers are not guaranteed but we'll do our best to accommodate requests. - Liability: Outdoorsy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Please report any site issues promptly. - Legal: We adhere to all state, county, and local laws. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21. We look forward to hosting you at Outdoorsy Hill Country!

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
