Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsite Check-in time: 1 p.m. - Campsite Check-out time: 12 p.m. - All guests must register themselves and any guests visiting. - All fees must be paid upon arrival. - All guests over the age of 16 will have to provide identification. - Notify the office if you are expecting visitors. - There is a $5/person charge for guests and a maximum of 8 people per site at any given time. - Maximum of 2 motor vehicles per site. - Guest parking is located across from the office. - Management reserves the right to deny registration of any person entering the property at any time. - If arriving later than 7 pm, please let the office know ahead of time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Pets - Allowed pets: all pets must be non-aggressive breeds. - A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. - Leash and control: pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside and must be under the owner’s control at all times. - Clean-up: pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately. - Waste disposal stations are located throughout the resort. - Noise and behavior: excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - Repeat offenders may be asked to leave the resort. Golf Carts - Permit and registration: all golf carts must be registered with the office. - A small daily or weekly fee may apply. - Speed Limits: The maximum speed within the resort is 5 mph. - Be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles. - Drivers: drivers of golf carts must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. - Safety: seat belts are required if the golf cart is equipped with them. - No more passengers than available seats are allowed. Pool - Hours of operation: the pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. - No swimming after hours. - Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Safety: No diving, running, or horseplay around the pool area. - Proper swimwear is required. - Cleanliness: Please shower before entering the pool. - No food, drink, or glass containers are allowed near the pool. Laundry - Facility hours: the laundry room is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. - Usage time: please limit machine use to one hour per load. - Remove clothing promptly after use to allow others access. - Cleanliness: clean up any spills and do not leave trash or personal items in the laundry area. - Courtesy: be respectful of other guests waiting to use the machines. - Do not leave clothes unattended for long periods. Mail - Receiving mail: guests staying longer than one month may use the resort’s mailing address for personal mail. - Please check with the office for your assigned mailbox. - Package handling: packages will be held at the office for up to 3 days. - After that, unclaimed items will be returned to the sender. - Forwarding mail: guests are responsible for forwarding their mail after their stay ends. Garbage - Trash disposal: trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters. - No loose trash is allowed. - Recycling: we encourage recycling! Use the appropriate bins for paper, plastics, and glass. - Schedule: trash pick-up is conducted daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. - Please have your trash out on time. - Prohibited waste: hazardous materials, large furniture, and construction debris are not allowed to be disposed of in resort dumpsters. Boats and Trailers - Boat parking: boat trailers must be parked in designated areas. - Parking boats or trailers on-site is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the management. - Water access: For guests with boats, access to water facilities must be scheduled with the office in advance. - Permits: all boats and trailers must be registered with the office upon arrival. Quiet Hours - Quiet time: quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. - Noise control: loud music, parties, or other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time. - Generators: use of generators is prohibited during quiet hours unless it is an emergency. Miscellaneous - Wi-Fi: free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. - Please contact the office for login details. - Fire safety: Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits. - Never leave fires unattended and fully extinguish them before leaving the area. - Parking: guests are limited to two vehicles per site. - Additional parking is available near the office. - Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas including the pool, office, and laundry facilities. Freezing Temperatures - Water protection: during freezing temperatures, please ensure that hoses are disconnected from the water source. - Insulated covers are recommended for outside faucets. - Heater usage: propane or electric heaters should not be left unattended. - Please follow all safety guidelines to avoid accidents. - Vehicle Protection: If freezing conditions are expected, protect your vehicle by using appropriate antifreeze measures and cover engines if possible. Parking Policy - Absolutely no parking in any grassy area. - No parking in any open site or roadway.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
