Need to know about Wiregrass RV Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in for campsites is 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. - Check-out time for ALL guests is 11 a.m. - It’s strongly suggested not to arrive before 12 p.m. as there may be a wait before the reserved site becomes available. - All sites are assigned in advance, and you will not be permitted to take an “open site” if arriving prior to 12 p.m. - Early arriving guests are encouraged to call prior to check on availability. - Guests arriving after our office closing time (4 p.m.) must coordinate with the Camp Host and pick up a packet with instructions for late check-in. - If you’re having trouble with site hookups or other maintenance issues after our office closes, please report them the following day after 8 a.m. to the Camp Host or Manager. - We do not perform maintenance repairs at night. - Late arrivals will be charged our regular nightly rate regardless of arrival time. - Charges are for one/two people and two pets per RV additional guests will be charged as follows, Daily - No Extra Charge (unless you stay 7 days or longer and then it will be charged at the applicable weekly or monthly rate,) Weekly -- $10 Per Adult and $5 per Child, Monthly - $50 per Adult and $30 per Child. - This includes guests with other ranges of stay. - Additional charges will apply after 11 a.m. - Please contact the park manager if you wish to stay longer. - Management will certainly try to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - A speed limit of 5 mph ensures the safety of all guests. Quiet Hours - Quiet time 10 pm – 8 am do not disturb your neighbors. Children Policy - Guests are responsible for your children of all ages. - Smaller children must always be accompanied by an adult. Visitors - Visitors are welcome. - If there is no room in your site for them to park there is a designated parking area near the entrance. - Your visitor must adhere to all park rules. Dumpster - The designated dumpster is located near the entrance towards the front of the building. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in buildings, rec room, or laundry and shower rooms (showers and laundry not available at the park yet). - Put your cigarette out completely and dispose of it in designated containers. Loss, Injuries or Accidents - The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. - Emergency contact forms are required for monthly guests. - This remains private and is only used when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement. Pets Policy - We are a pet-friendly RV park and your fur baby is most welcome. - Below are a few simple rules that will make everyone’s stay at Wiregrass RV Park most comfortable and safe. - All pets must be on a leash, including cats. - Pets must always be on a leash and attended by the owner when outside. - Pets may not be tied up outside unless the owner is in attendance of the pet. - Please carry pet disposal bags and immediately pick up and dispose of all pet waste. - If your pet(s) make any deposits on property, it must be placed in a bag and deposited in a trash bin. - Please use the dog walk. - Pets that are aggressive or that create noise or disturbance will not be tolerated. - Aggressive animals are not allowed in the park at any time. - You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet. RV Sites - You are allowed 2 vehicles, but they must fit within your rental site. - Park in designated areas. - Please do not park in the street, on the grass, or in empty spaces. - Please do not allow your guests to park in the street, on the grass, or in empty spaces. Utility - Utility trailers, boats, quads, snowmobiles, etc., are not allowed to be stored at RV sites. - However, residents have the option to rent storage for these vehicles for a fee. - Storage is subject to availability and management approval. Washing - Washing of personal vehicles and RVs is allowed – no harsh chemicals and be mindful of the amount of water used. - It is prohibited to wash work trucks, big rig trucks, ATVs, boats, utility trailers, and/or excessively oily machinery. Fire Policy - Only barbecues with charcoal or gas fires are Ok. - Open fires or wood fire barbecues are strictly prohibited. - If you are using a propane barbecue, please be sure to secure the tank properly. Generator - To maintain our peaceful park, generator usage is not allowed inside the park. Disclaimer - After two warnings you will be asked to leave. - Violation of guidelines may end in ejection from the park without a refund. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. - NSF checks will be charged an additional $30.00 - Wiregrass RV Park Wishes To Maintain A Clean, Quiet, And Comfortable Environment For Travelers And/Or Extended Stay Guests. - With This Goal In Mind, Please Review And Follow These RV Park Rules. - This property is privately owned. - The guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
