Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 12pm (noon) - 5 pm. - Check-out is 11 am. - Please call one hour before your arrival and stop by the front office to check in before proceeding to your site. - If you are arriving after hours, please arrange for check-in in advance by calling 903-764-9845. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Trash Dumpster - The trash Dumpster is located on the park's north side by the creek please break it boxed down! Flashlights - Make sure you use flashlights when walking at night. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Children Policy - Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. - Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas. - Please do not let your children walk in the creek: snake warning. - You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Guests and Visitors - All visitors must check in at the office. Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations. Skateboards and In-Line Skates - Skateboards and In-line Skates are not permitted inside the park. Illegal Activities - Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. - Do not throw them on the ground. - This includes your site area. - Smoking is prohibited in any park building. - Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. - No Alcohol is permitted in any common area (Unless approved by management). - No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the park will be tolerated. Wildlife and Farm Animals - Wildlife and farm animals are not considered pets and are not allowed. Pet Policy - Pick up your pet's waste immediately and dispose of it properly. - This includes around your site and anywhere within the park property. - This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the park - Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior. - No aggressive dogs allowed, no pit bulls. - Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. - Noisy pets will not be tolerated. - Pets may not be left outside unattended! - All pets (Dogs & Cats) must be on a leash at all times unless inside the dog park. - A fenced Dog Park is provided for you to exercise your pet. - Please read and abide by the dog park rules Payments - Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Check or Cashiers check only. - Monthly guests do on the 1st of every month. Self-Contained Units - All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. - Must be kept washed! - With no outside clutter. Recreational Vehicle - RVs 12 years or older must be approved by Park management. Speed Limit - A 10MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. - Must submit 2 current photos of your RV for approval prior to moving in. Vehicle Policy - Only 2 vehicles per site. - 2 vehicles included on rate. - Extra vehicles on visitor parking. Additional People - Additional persons $5 per person per night up to the maximum. Camping and Sleeping Outside - No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV. Sub-Leasing - No Sub-leasing is allowed. Campfires - Campfires are to be only in fire rings. - Manufactured outdoor cooking and charcoal grills are permitted if there is a proper fire arrestor used. Prohibited Items - No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or pallets; dog kennels, pens or gog runs allowed. Grass - No mats, rugs, etc., allowed on the grass. Water Hoses and Sewer Lines - All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks, and sewer hoses must have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. Sale of Products and Services - Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed. Campground Disclaimer - Songbird RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff or owner will not be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence. - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Songbird RV Park 2 and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please contact Songbird RV Park 2 for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
