To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-in Procedure - Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm, the wagon office will close at 6 pm and reopen at 11 am. - Check-out is at 11 am. - A $50 fee will be charged for arrivals after 6 pm. Arrival Times - 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Disclaimer - The Orr Family Farm is location-friendly for all visitors. - We have a few rules we ask you to follow to ensure each visit is pleasurable. - Policies are subject to change under management's discretion. Smoking - No Smoking, Please: We are a tobacco-free facility. - Please refrain from smoking or using other tobacco products while visiting the Farm. - No smoking anywhere on the property ($250 fee for smoking in wagon & teepee) Pets - No pets allowed. - Service Animals Only Please: Service animals are the only animals allowed on Farm property. - This ensures the safety of our guests and Farm animals. Behavior - Profane Language Hurts Our Ears: Our farm animals, as well as the children who fill the Farm with their laughter and squeals of joy, have tender ears. - No Alcoholic Beverages: Please help us maintain a family-friendly environment. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Watch Your Children: We are a working farm, with a working train and lots of farm animals. - Please monitor and protect your children during your visit, for their safety and yours. Photography Policy - By entering the Park, each guest grants Orr Family Farm RR, LLC the right to film, videotape, or photograph him or her, including children on park property for any reason without payment or consideration. - All Orr Family Farm RR, LLC rides, shows, and attractions are protected by copyright. - If you would like further information upon your visit, please speak with a representative at the ticket booth. ​Lodging Policies - Before booking your stay at the Orr Family Farm, please review our lodging policies here. Security - Security guard on duty. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. - Radios, music, or sounds transmitted via speaker must be at low volume and not disturb others. - No music during quiet hours. Visitors - No additional guests are allowed in the camping area. (ex. parties/birthdays). - Camping areas are reserved for overnight guests ONLY, with no exceptions. - The number of guests allowed is limited to your wagon/teepee occupant. - We do not offer birthday packages. Cooking - Cooking on a private charcoal grill is encouraged. - Bring your own charcoal or purchase it upon arrival. Campfire - Extinguish all fires by 11 pm or when not attended. - NO Candles or fires permitted inside the wagons. - Fire starting supplies are provided. - You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own. - The firewood provided is minimal. additional Appliances - NO additional appliance can be used in your wagon or teepee Parking - Free parking is available on site. WiFi - Wifi is available in public areas Pool - The Michael Phelps Signature Series Swim spa is included for a 30-minute session based on daily availability and may be booked upon check-in. - No lifeguard on duty. - Swim at your own risk. - Adults must be present at all times. - No swim spa times for 8-person camping wagons. Hospitality Room - Hospitality room is available at all hours with coffee, coin-op laundry, snack, and beverage machines. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Personal Items - Orr Family Farm is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Fees - A $25 service fee will be added to each unit booked. - This fee covers special glamping amenities offered such as firewood, smores, animal feed, coffee, and use of a swim spa. - There are NO refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Other Amenities - In the event that Orr Family Farm park is closed during your stay, you will have access to activities such as Jumping Pillows, Feeding animals, Gaga Ball, Human Foosball, Tube Rollers, Pedal Cars, Barnyard Ball Zone, Corn Hole, Giant Chess & Checkers, Low ground ropes course and Playground until 9 pm on the night of your stay. Dates Open - From mid-March to the end of May (spring season) and mid-September to mid-November (fall season) Orr Family Farm is open to the public for all the farm activities. - During these seasons admission to enjoy the additional farm activities such as train ride, carousel, zip line, and maze & pumpkin patch(fall only) is included in your rental. Liability - I understand that I am financially responsible for any incurred cost due to damages and/or broken or missing items. You will be billed for any damages and/or broken or missing items within 48 hours of your stay.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
