Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times - 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Scheduled Deposit - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pet Policy - We love our furry Glampers! - Just let us know ahead of time. - There is a $45 Pet Cleaning Fee that is charged to each guest bringing pets if we are notified ahead of time. - Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 fine. - If you did not add this fee for each of your pets at the time of reservation, please notify us so that we can add it for you (it is not automatically calculated just by indicating that you are bringing pets.) - Pets must be kept on a leash not exceeding 10 feet in length. - Pets are not allowed in restrooms, playground areas, shelters, or designated swim areas. - Pets shall not be left unattended in any Timberline Glamping accommodation unless properly created, and should not be left alone for extended periods of time. - The guest is financially responsible for all damage caused by their pets. - Please pick up after your pet's waste; failure to do so may result in additional fines. - Please be mindful of your dog's barking. - We are very fortunate to do business in Amicalola Falls State Park, and we hope to be welcome there for a long time! - If we receive complaints from the park staff that your dog is disruptive or aggressive toward other guests or their dogs, we reserve the right to ask you/your pet to leave early. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Payment - Final balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card on file. - If you prefer to use a different method of payment for your remaining balance, please call us at 706-204-9245 with the new payment information. - If the card on file becomes invalid and Timberline Glamping is unable to collect payment in full, Timberline Glamping will reach out to guests for new payment information. - If payment arrangements have not been made in 3 days Timberline Glamping reserves the right to cancel the reservation and guest will forfeit their deposit. Parking Policy - You may be charged a $5 parking fee at the gate of the State Park. - The campground restricts parking to 2 vehicles per campsite. - There is no room for additional vehicles. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. - Unreasonable or excessive noise at any time is prohibited. - We reserve the right to ask rowdy or disruptive guests to leave early with no refunds. Smoking Policy - Smoking is prohibited in or around Timberline Glamping accommodations as well as the campsite. - The guest agrees to pay $750.00 for smoking in or around the Timberline Glamping accommodations. - This policy is strictly enforced. Garbage Policy - Garbage should be deposited at the trash receptacles placed throughout the campsite. - Due to bears in the area, do not leave any food out. - Food should be stored in a refrigerator or cooler. Occupancy - Max occupancy per campsite is 6 persons. - Personal tents may not be set up at the glamping site. Fire Policy - Fires must be confined in a designated fire ring or grill. - Guests are not permitted to collect firewood from fallen trees/branches around the campground. Cleaning Fees - Our cleaning staff works very hard to create an amazing experience for our guests. - Please be respectful of our hardworking staff by not leaving an unreasonable mess behind. - If someone in your party has an accident and leaves urine, blood, or feces on the sheets, please give us a courtesy notice so this can be handled safely. - Our laundry service will not accept linens that are contaminated with pet or human waste or blood, therefore we reserve the right to charge the guest for the cost of replacing such linens. Credit Card on File - The renter agrees that they will provide Timberline Glamping Co. with a valid credit card to be kept on file in case of damages. Loss of Renter(s) Property - It is expressly agreed that Timberline Glamping Co. shall not be liable for the loss or damage to any property left or stored by the renter or any other person in or upon said equipment after the return thereof to Timberline Glamping Co. - Renter agrees to hold Timberline Glamping Co. harmless from, and against any such claim. Campground Disclaimer - Timberline glamping at Amicalola Falls is subject to the rules of Amicalola Falls Park. - Timberline Glamping Co. reserves the right to inspect rental equipment up to 5 days after the rental period if necessary. - If damage is caused during the rental period, or rental equipment is missing/not returned, I the renter authorize Timberline Glamping Co. to notify me of the costs and charge the credit card on file to recover damages or replace missing equipment. - I, the renter, understand that all damages will be repaired by Timberline Glamping Co.'s authorized mechanics and/or repairmen, and no repairs will be allowed by the renter or other suggested mechanics. - I understand that I as a renter am responsible for all damages, even if they are above the amount of my initial deposit or authorization.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
