To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-in Procedure - All guests must register in the office upon arrival. - All visitors or guests must register in the office and pay any applicable visitor fees upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation and Fees - Reservation rates include a specified number of adults, children, pets, and vehicles. - Additional fees apply for extra adults, children, pets, and vehicles. Refund Policy - Refunds are not given for early departure. Pet Policy - Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted. - If your dog displays protective or unfriendly behavior towards strangers, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to our parks and resorts. - If such behavior is observed, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave. - Pet restrictions may vary among our locations. - Some parks have limited or no availability for units or cabins that allow pets. - We encourage dog owners to call in advance to check availability and discuss their situation. - Registered service dogs are welcome at all RVPM/Honest RV properties and are subject to the same rules and restrictions listed here. - We welcome a maximum of two dogs per site. - All dogs must have documentation of current vaccinations. We may ask you to provide copies of vaccination records to our office before you check-in. - All dogs must be under their owners' control and visual supervision at all times. - Please do not leave dogs unattended or tied up outside. - Except in designated off-leash dog park amenity areas, all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet anytime they are outside. - Non-service dogs are not allowed in common-area buildings or pool areas. - Registered service dogs must be wearing visible tags to enter these areas. - Disruptive, excessive, or uncontrolled barking is not allowed. - If barking persists and becomes a nuisance to fellow guests, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste in designated bins. - Pet owners are responsible for any injuries, damage, or disturbances caused by their pets to other guests, park staff, or visitors. - RVPM is not responsible for the safety of your dog(s), or for any loss, damage, or injury caused to or by our four-legged guests. - Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a dog-friendly and harmonious environment for all guests at our RV parks. Safety - A violation of any of the Resort Rules can be used as grounds to remove a guest from the Resort without a refund. Children - You are responsible for all conduct and safety of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate you having to leave the Resort without a refund. - Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Quiet Time - Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM Camper Courtesy/conduct - Do not walk or ride bikes on other sites. - Respect the privacy of your neighbors. - Do not throw cigarette butts or litter on the ground. - Bikes and rollerblades are permitted on the road only during daylight hours. - Guests are expected to exercise common courtesy and respect for others. Guest/Visitors - The reservation rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. - Additional people will be charged $5 per day per person. - All visitors must check in at the office. - All visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Visitors of long-time guest - All vehicles coming into the park must pay and obtain a car pass. - Visitors coming to visit long-term resort guests are charged $5.00 per vehicle. - Visitors coming to use the amenities of the resort are charged $10.00 per vehicle. Vehicle Rules - The speed limit is 5 MPH- Strictly enforced! - Vehicles: All vehicles must have a car pass. - 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per site. - Extra vehicles are $25 per day per month and are allowed only if they fit within your site. - No trailers, boats, etc. allowed to remain on site. - Do not park in open RV sites or on the grass at any time. - Do not drive on the grass or through other sites. - Driving on the lake shore/beach is prohibited. - ATVs, 4Wheelers, Dirt Bikes, or Scooters are not allowed to be operated in the Resort. - Golf Carts: Golf carts are permitted. - Must be at least 16 years of age with a current driver’s license to operate. - Golf tires only. No tires over 18″ in diameter are allowed. Must have front and rear lights. - Golf carts are only permitted to travel on resort roads. - Vehicle washing: There is a charge per vehicle. You will need to come to the office and pay prior to washing. Fire and Safety Rules - Campfires/ Firepits: Open or closed, on the ground or portable, are not permitted. - Gas/Propane fires allowed. - No fires/wood fires allowed on the ground. Garbage and Waste Disposal - Garbage: Household garbage is only allowed. - Please place all garbage in a garbage bag and then into the dumpster. - Fish remains are not to be placed in trash containers anywhere on the property. Building and Site - Specific site numbers are not guaranteed and are subject to change. - Please observe all property rules. - We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of the rules without a refund. - Buildings: No smoking in any building. - No pets are allowed in any building. - RV Connection: All RVs must have a proper electrical power cord and sewer hose seal. - Solid sewer connections and water pressure regulators are a must. - Sewer hoses must be up on a support. - The resort is not responsible for damage to unsupported hoses during maintenance. - RV Site Appearance: Our groundskeeping personnel strive to make your stay as enjoyable, pleasant, and worry-free as possible. - Please assist them by following these simple and helpful guidelines. - Keep picnic tables off the grass so our mowers can pass by without disruption. - If you choose not to use a picnic table, we will gladly move it off-site for you (long-term stays). - Keep decorative lights and ornaments at the edge of the concrete pad. If we have to move them for mowers, they will be picked up and placed securely on your site pad. - Pet fences, if used, are to be within the area of the concrete site pad only, and if mowers are obstructed, we will move the fence panels to the site pad. - Please refrain from excessive storing of personal items around your RV site. - We want each of our guests to enjoy a clean, and clutter-free resort. - Modifications to RV sites must have written permission from management. - Decks, etc. must be approved by Sabine River Authority. Prohibited Activities - Not Permitted. - No fireworks. - No open-carry or illegal firearms. - The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate removal from the park without refund. - Clotheslines do not hang laundry outside of your RV. - Vehicle repair and maintenance are not allowed at RV sites. - No one is allowed to operate a business from within the Resort Tents are not allowed. - No cutting or damaging trees or plants. Do not put nails in trees. - Appliances (Refrigerators, freezers, etc.) may not be located outside of the RV Subletting without prior approval from management Liability and Enforcement - We enforce our rules to protect our guests. - Failure to comply with the resort rules may result in removal from the resort without a refund. - We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. - Management is not responsible for loss, bodily injury, or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, or accidents. - RV Owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
