To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: as early as 3 PM. - For early check-in requests. - No earlier than an hour is allowed. - If needing more than an hour you must reserve a room the day before. - Check-out 11 AM. - Late Check-out must be made the day before. Contact Inn Keeper. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Two Night Minimum - A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on Fridays and Saturdays (special events may entail a longer minimum stay.) - NOTE: A one-night weekend booking may be permitted if we have a stand-alone night available OR on a last-minute availability basis. Adults ONLY Bed & Breakfast - This is an adult’s only Bed & Breakfast, we do make special considerations for children on different occasions. Pets Policy - Pets are not allowed - Out of consideration for our other guests we are unable to accommodate PETS. - On some occasions, I can possibly take a small dog, that I can only accommodate in only one particular room. - And there’s a nonrefundable $100 cleaning pet fee. Pre-Arranged - UNLESS OTHERWISE PRE-ARRANGED WITH INNKEEPER, ALL BED AND BREAKFAST FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY TO REGISTERED GUESTS. - Our pre-arrangement policy is in place for the peace and safety of all of our guests. Quiet Hours - City of Mandeville noise ordinance is 10 PM Beverages - Complementary beverage from the small bar is limited to one per day per guest. Beyond that guideline, you are on the honor system and your donation container is in the small bar area. - Ice for drinks is available in the small bar upstairs and ice machine downstairs. Security - Security and video surveillance are present on the premises. Thermostat & Electronics - Thermostat and electronics connected to the premises are all off-limits outside of your room. Booking For A Wedding - It is Mandatory that your reservations are booked through our phone reservations service, NOT on the website. - We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we have guidelines we follow for any groomsmen who are in bridal parties, there are also extra cleaning fees, a two-night minimum alone with two rooms minimum booking, and only certain rooms we accommodate wedding parties. - We would love to accommodate you. Children Policy - Children are not allowed. Disclaimer - Please remember this is our home too. - We expect adult behavior on the premises including noise level in any group gatherings. - LARGE GROUP GATHERING ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

If the guest cancels at least 2 weeks before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 2 weeks before check-in, there will be a 50% refund.
