To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 12 pm (noon) - 7 pm. - Check-Out: 11 am. - Upon check-in, please proceed directly to your site. - Late check-ins are available if you call in advance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. No Permanent Structures - Do not construct permanent structures such as decks or fences. Visitor Policy - Visitors are allowed but must adhere to park rules. Visitor fees may apply. Respect for Neighbors - Please be respectful of other guests and do not intrude on other sites. Speed Limit - 10 mph within park boundaries. Campfires - Allowed in designated fire rings subject to county/city burn ban restrictions. Quiet Hours - 10 pm-8 am. Pet Rules - Pets must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. - Pets are not allowed in Laundry Facilities. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Lake Corpus Christi RV Resort Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
