To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times - 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. Initial Deposit - An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Scheduled Deposit - 7 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Late Payment Policy - At Heartland Parks, it is our policy to ensure the timely payment of all fees and charges. - Payments are due on or in advance on the designated day each month. - In the event of late payment, a one-time late fee of $25, plus an additional $5 per day beyond a 5-day grace period, will be assessed.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
