To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 12 pm (noon) - 6 pm. - Check-out is at 11 am. - For Cabins, Tiny Houses, and Lake House, the check-in window is from 3 PM to 6 PM. - Upon arrival, please call (865) 384-3094 or (865) 208-7102, and we will guide you to your designated site. - Contact us for early or late check-ins; we might be able to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Tiny House - You are welcome to bring one additional guest for a total of 3 guests if they are willing to sleep on a futon. Extra Vehicles - You may park trailers and boats as additional vehicles. Pet Policy - Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for picking up after them. - Only non-aggressive pets are allowed. Campground Disclaimer - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Rocky Top Campground and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please contact Rocky Top Campground for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
