To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 3:00 PM. - Check-out: 10:00 AM. - Due to the time needed to clean rooms we are unable to allow early check-ins. - If you expect to be arriving later than 10:00 PM, please call to make special arrangements at 603-968-7269 - Babies, children of all ages, adults, seniors, and the elderly are all welcome. - Please call or email with any special needs or requests. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Booking Policies - A 50% deposit of the total anticipated bill is required at the time of booking. - All rates are subject to change. - A NH room and meals tax of 9% will be added to all room reservations. - This cabin is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is important and special to us. - Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. Smoking Policy - No smoking is allowed inside the cabin, however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets Policy - Pets are not allowed.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
