To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure Check-In Procedure - Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. - Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. - Late check-out may incur additional charges. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposit - A deposit of 100% is required at the time of booking, with any incurred charges paid before the end of the day on the date of check-out. Quiet Time - Please respect other guests' peace and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - Failure to comply can result in a fee and/or removal from resort premises. Facilities - Guests must follow all posted rules and regulations when using resort facilities. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash in public areas and are not allowed in certain facilities. - Please clean up after your pets. Safety and Security - Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff, primarily related to pool use, fire pits, and outdoor activities. - Firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. RV Site Use - Only one RV and one vehicle per site unless otherwise stated. - Sites must be kept clean and tidy, and all trash must be disposed of properly. Modifications to Terms and Conditions - Hidden Springs RV Resort reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. - Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. - Any disputes will be resolved in the local jurisdiction. Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the resort property. - Hidden Springs RV Resort is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' property during their stay except as required by law. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
