Need to know about New Caney RV Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 pm. - Check-out time: 11:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guest Conduct - No Sex offenders allowed. - Please clean up after yourself when using park facilities (bathrooms, laundry, dog park, pergola, etc). - Any guest not cleaning up after themselves, their kids and pets, littering or abusing park facilities will be automatically charged a $50 cleaning fee and their guest agreement may be terminated immediately - resulting in immediate removal from park. - Please don't throw trash on the ground and keep the park looking nice. - Don't mess with Texas. Vehicle & RV Regulations - No RVs or trailers over 20 years old unless approved by MGMT. - Exceptions can be made if the unit is remodeled and in good order, and at MGMT's discretion. - Only 2 cars are allowed per pad. - Extra cars must be discussed and approved with MGMT, and an additional charge of $25 may be added. - Guest cars must be parked in the guest parking. - Please ensure all vehicles are parked on your pad. Quiet Hours - We want all guests to be able to relax and enjoy their stay, while always being mindful of others. - No unreasonably loud music. - No revving engines or peel outs. - Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - During this time, we ask that guests please respect others and refrain from noisy activities. Occupancy Limits - RV reservations include two adults and up to two children per RV. - Additional adult guests will incur a fee of $5 per day or $50 per month each. - Additional children will incur a fee of $2.50 per day or $25 per month each. Campfires - Campfires are permitted on the grounds at New Caney RV Park in contained fire rings. - In addition, guests can utilize personal grills that are at least 6 inches off the ground. - Do not leave fires unattended. - All fires must be extinguished by midnight. - Management assumes no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident, acts of nature, etc. - Due to extreme fire danger and droughts, fire bans have been issued in the past. - Guests must abide by local fire laws and restrictions. - Prior to starting a fire, be sure to check for local burn bans. - All fires must be under control, of reasonable size, always monitored, in a sensible space, and properly extinguished. Speed Limit - While on the property, all guests must maintain a speed of 5 MPH. Vehicles and Golf Carts - Please do not park on the road. - All ATV/UTV-type vehicles are prohibited. - All traffic must remain on the gravel, one-way road. - Personal golf carts must be insured, registered, and driven by guests 18 years and older. - Operation of any vehicle while intoxicated is prohibited by law. - Disorderly or reckless driving will result in suspension of privileges or eviction from the park. - All persons on the golf cart must always be seated, one person per seat. - Vehicles must have functioning headlights and for the safety of everyone involved, they are required to be used at dusk. - No joy riding or horse play is allowed. - If your vehicle does not have operable headlights, use is restricted to daylight hours only. - Owners/drivers are responsible for any damage they incur. Bicycles and Scooters - Bicycles and scooters are required to have lights at night. - Please make sure they are not left in the roadway or walkways. - Skateboards are only allowed if you can kick-flip. Retention Pond - Guests are prohibited from entering the retention pond. - Guests are allowed to use the designated walking trail around the retention pond. - Children must be accompanied by an adult. - No Boating. Community Area/Bathhouse/Laundry Area - The office hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. - Hours are subject to change. - Guests have access to the bathhouse and laundry facility 24/7 throughout the week. - Bathrooms are cleaned daily. - Please let us know if they need attention. Smoking - The smoking of cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, and any other tobacco-related products is prohibited inside facilities and common areas. - Please dispose of all butts and trash. - A littering fee of $50 will be charged for non-compliance. - Smoking Brisket is encouraged. Pets - We want all members of the family to be part of your vacation, even the furry ones. - We love and welcome well-mannered, non-aggressive dogs to our property. - 2 pets per rental. - Additional pets will incur a fee of $5 per day or $25 per month fee each. (no more than 3) - We require that pets are healthy, not ill (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea), or carrying any susceptible diseases or illnesses, and are up to date on vaccines. - All pets must remain on a leash and in control by the owner outside of RV sites. - Pets should not be loud or disruptive and should never be left unattended. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet as well as any property damage caused by their pet. - A $50 fee will be charged for non-compliance. - Trained service dogs are welcome on the property and are not subject to policies and restrictions. - Any aggressive pets will be asked to leave. - No pit bulls, big cats, monkeys, bears, or alligators. RV Hookups - All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight. - Any discharge of wastewater onto the ground is prohibited. - If a spill occurs, please report it immediately to park staff. - Guests must ensure all water/wastewater connections are tight and not leaking - if leaking, the guest will be required to repair their equipment. - Surge protectors and plumbers' tape are encouraged. - If a water leak continues for an extended period of time, which results in our park leak alert you may be charged a $25 fee for the extra expense of water we incurred. Safe Use of the Premises - Guests are responsible for the actions of their party, including visitors and children. - Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. - Guests or visitors may be asked to leave if intoxicated/under the influence, using profanity, exhibiting rowdy/violent behavior, or damaging property or anything else we deem inappropriate. - ATVs & motorbikes are not allowed in the park. - Only legally licensed firearms are permitted on site. - Please practice common fire safety when using fire pits and BBQ pits. - No burning trash, gasoline, or anything besides wood and charcoal. - Fireworks are not allowed in the park. Site Locking Fee - New Caney RV Park offers an optional site locking fee of $5 to guarantee a specific site. - Otherwise, a comparable site will be assigned by resort staff. Mailbox Policy - New Caney RV Park does not offer Federal mail services for guests. - If a guest plans to stay long term, they will need to obtain a P.O. Box or an alternative method to receive mail. - Please notify the office if you expect packages from Amazon/UPS, etc. Liability - New Caney RV Park is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. - New Caney RV Park, its owners, and its management absolve themselves from any and all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, Acts of God, property damage, accident, or any other cause.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy Monthly Cancellations - Cancellations occurring 15 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund for their stay. - Cancellations less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Daily and Weekly Cancellations - Cancellations occurring 7 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund for their stay. - Cancellations less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a 1-day stay cancellation fee. Refund Policy - Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds. - Special requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are at the discretion of the park. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
