Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - We offer self-check-in only, please confirm your site on your reservation and proceed directly to that site when you arrive. - Please call us for early check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you. - Check-In: 1 pm - Flexible. - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon). - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. One-Night Special - Exclusive $25 Discount for Vehicles Under 25 Feet! - If you're staying for just one night and your vehicle is under 25 feet, we offer a special discount, bringing the charge down to $25. - Please don't hesitate to contact us for more details and to avail of this offer. Quiet Time - Quiet time 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Vehicle - Authorized vehicles only and you must obey the speed limit. - Park in the designated area; do not park on the grass, near the roads, or in empty sites at any time. - You can wash your RV and vehicle on your site at no additional charge. - All RV's entering the campground must be clean and in good condition. Utility Connections - All RV connections (black and gray water), electrical, and water hookups MUST be in good condition with no holes or leaks. - Do not drain black or gray water on the ground. Pet - Pets must be kept on a leash except in the dog park. - Anyone not cleaning up after their pets immediately will be asked to leave without a refund. - No excessive barking inside or outside the RV. You cannot leave your pets outside unattended, especially in the dog park. - This is for the safety of all pets and guests. - Feel free to reach out to us if you plan on bringing more than three pets. - We'll do our best to accommodate your reservation and discuss the options available. Trash - Your site must always be kept clean. - Trash must be taken to the dumpster. - Please do not leave trash outside your RV at any time. - Absolutely no cigarette butts thrown on the grounds, or you will be asked to leave. - My park is not your giant ashtray so please don't use it as one. Pond - Use of the ponds is free and is for Park guests only at your own risk. - No swimming in the ponds (poisonous snakes). Children - All children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent at all times, especially at the ponds! No exceptions. Liability and Safety - Florida Statutes 513.13 and under Florida Law Statute #773.01-773.06 applies. - All registered guests are responsible for everyone in their party at all times and this includes all visitors that enter the park as their guests, therefore make sure they read and abide by the rules of the park. - Security cameras are installed throughout the park for your safety. - Hitchin Post RV Park and Campground and owner, Vonda Coffman, and/or management are not responsible for personal or any other property damage, theft personal injury, or death while staying or visiting the park. - This includes all guests in the party and all guests that visit a party. - By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the above terms. - For Emergency Call# 911 Disclaimer - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Hitchinpost RV Park and Campground and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please contact Hitchinpost RV Park and Campground for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
