Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - Flexible. - Check-Out: 11 am. - Please call to notify us when you turn on Alberta Creek Rd so that we can direct you to your site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - Should a guest cancel his reservation or not arrive on the reserved date, the deposit will become non-refundable. - Daily or weekly guests arriving will have their deposit applied toward their rent. - A monthly guest arriving on the reserved arrival date will have his deposit held until the time of departure. - At that time, the deposit will be refunded providing all electricity and rent are paid current and the RV space is left in the condition it was rented, i.e. no trash, cigarette butts, or pet feces. - For monthly reservations, we ask that you provide 2 week's notice to avoid a 50% reservation deposit charge. - Holidays you must provide 72 hours' notice for cancellation to avoid a 50% reservation charge. (ie. Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day). - During the holidays mentioned, there is a minimum of 3-day reservations. - Less than 3-day reservations will be put on a waiting list until 72 hours before said holiday. - Potential guests on the waiting list will be called in order of list. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
