Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: is at 03:00 am. - Check-out time: is at 11:00 am. - We will try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests made at least 24 hours in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. - Housekeeping service is available during stays for an extra $35.00 fee - The room should be fully paid prior to check-in by the time of reservation. - You can always call for availability if you need to extend your stay. - Please be courteous and considerate regarding the volume of music and tone of voice in our facilities, some of our guests work, day and night shifts. - When registering, all passengers must present ID or PASSPORT of all of their companions. - The person who does not present a document will not be able to stay. - If you book through Booking or Expedia, print your reservation receipt, and carefully read the total amount to be paid at the hotel. - We only work with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. - Before any special request, you must notify in advance at the time of making the reservation. - At checkout, please leave the exterior door key hanging on the hook in your room. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Policy - Vehicle must be parked either directly in front and in line with your RV, or in the hotel parking lot. - Driving or parking on the grass is strictly prohibited; a maintenance fee will apply - Vehicles cannot be washed either being repaired in the RV Park - Slots are assigned at check-in and expected to be clean and ready for the RV to pull into. - It is your responsibility to ensure that your guests are aware of and abide by the park rules. - No pets are allowed outside unattended and must be on a leash at all times when outside. - You are responsible for immediately cleaning up after your pets. - Visitants are not allowed to bring their pets. - Sewer lines must be connected to the park sewer with air-tight connections. - Either a donut or screw-in connector is acceptable. - The sewer holding tank must not be left open. - Chemicals must be used in the tank so that solids dissolve and the tank can be dumped periodically. - When winter or low temperatures approach, everyone in the RV park is required to insulate the water pipes. - Heat tape must be put on from the ground up and insulation must be used that is at least 1-2 inches thick. - Piper must be wrapped with duct tape and a cover sleeve. - Water pipes must be insulated in the winter or if low temperatures approach. - It is prohibited to have more guests than the permitted capacity on each RV site after Quiet Hours begin. - For Stay packages longer than a weekly rate, capacity is limited to two adults and up to three of their children/grandchildren. - Driving or parking on grass is strictly prohibited. A maintenance fee will be charged if you drive on the grass. - You must clean your RV Site before checking out. - Cleaning fees will be assessed for any debris remaining after departure. Smoking and Alcohol - Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel facilities (rooms, bathrooms, corridors, etc.). - In case of wanting to smoke, the client must go out to the hotel paths or some open space. - Enter with alcoholic beverages or while intoxicated. - Receive visitors of any kind inside the room. - Alcohol consumption is only permitted on Sites or Hotel or Inn rooms. - Underage drinking will NOT be tolerated and will be reported to the police. - Foul language, excessive alcohol use, and/or drunkenness is deemed inappropriate and are not allowed. - Unwanted behavior may result in you being asked to leave the Resort with no refund. Garbage Policy - Throw garbage inside the toilet, please put the garbage in its place. - All garbage must be disposed of in the garbage dumpster. - Garbage is limited to trash generated on Resort property only and excludes any shipping boxes or packaging for large items. - Please break down all boxes and bottles to conserve space. - No bulk or household garbage is permitted at the dumpster. - Be aware of food and trash on your RV site — food must be secured, stored properly, and not left outside. - Garbage must be promptly disposed of in dumpsters, and not kept on the RV site for any length of time. - Do not flush garbage down the toilet. Only toilet paper is permitted down the toilet. Rooms Policy - Leave the door or windows open, keeping the interior of the room visible. - Walk bare-chested through the corridors and always keep the door of the room closed. - In case of have or notice any damage in the room, please notify reception. - Don’t try to fix it alone. - It is prohibited to accommodate a greater number of people than corresponds to the permitted capacity of each room. - Use the rooms for games of chance or hold meetings that are intended to disturb public order. - When leaving the room, you must turn off the lights, TV, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances. - When leaving the room, the key must be left at reception. - Once the room is vacated, if for any reason you want to leave the vehicle (in the morning) in our garage, you can do so without any problem. - This service has no cost. - If you have the air conditioning on, be sure to close the doors and windows. - The room has hot water only in the shower. - To regulate the temperature, you must open the faucet – of the shower – and close it, regulating the temperature you want. - The room includes bedding, heels, and a hand towel. - Before any doubt or irregular situation inside the room, the guest must notify reception. - When leaving the room (check out), you must always control (closets, sheets, nightstand, drawers, under the bed) not to leave personal or valuable objects. - Hotel guests may use the campground laundry facilities but not the campground showers. - Hotel guests are invited to use the concrete patio with the grill and dining chairs located behind Room 16 upon advanced request. - Requests will be honored on a first come basis except that Room 16 will always have priority. - Registration as an RV Guest includes use of all amenities except those amenities for the exclusive use of the hotel guests, which are those located in the lobby (coffee, ice, filtered water), and on the concrete patio. - All Guests use these amenities voluntarily and at their own risk. - The resort is not responsible for any injuries that may be sustained by Guests and anyone in their care, including children or visitors, in their use of amenities. - Hotel rooms smelling of smoke will incur a $300 cleaning charge, even if discovered after check-out. - If you would like to smoke, please go to a hotel path or open space. - Only registered visitors are allowed in hotel rooms. - Please notify the Resort if you discover any damage in a hotel room. - Please do not attempt to fix the damage. - It is prohibited to have more guests than the permitted capacity in each hotel room. - It is prohibited to use the hotel room to host gambling games, meetings, or parties that may disturb public order. - Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the room, Do not use the electrical or mechanical equipment for purposes other than those for which it is intended. - Please do not damage the furniture, decorations, or goods in the hotel room. - Please coordinate and receive written confirmation from the Resort to leave your vehicle, during the morning hours only. This service does not have a cost. - Missing towels and bedding will incur a fee. - Please check closets, sheets, nightstands, drawers, and under the bed for personal and valuable objects before checking out of the hotel. Trespass - Respect the privacy of others and do not trespass on their Sites or hotel rooms, whether vacant or occupied. Equipment Policy - Prohibited to modify, repair, or make any changes in the room. In case of observing any damage, you must notify reception. - Use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended. - Deteriorate the furniture, decoration, or goods of the negotiation, giving them an improper destination to that of their service. Speed Limit - For safety and dust control we have a 5 mile per hour park speed limit. Quiet Hours - “Quiet Hours” begin 90 minutes after dusk and end 90 minutes after dawn, as they are scheduled by NOAA for a given day. - Make annoying noises, cause altercations, play music loudly, and in general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests. - Please be considerate of neighbors. - Excessive noise will not be tolerated. - 24-hour courtesy hours: Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times. Loud music, television, stereos, voices, and music players can be a disturbance to your neighbors and the general tranquility of the Resort. - Private drums or electronic musical instruments are not permitted to be played in the Resort without prior written permission from the Resort (but don't hesitate to ask). - Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest, family, and all visitors, WITHOUT REFUND. - Entertainment or recreational activities must be operated in a manner that does not create noise outside of the boundaries of the Resort property. Behavioral Policy - Execute any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel or other guests or is contrary to decorum or social behavior. - The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the aforementioned prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having the right to any reduction in their debt for the lodging or services received, is also obliged to pay or compensation for the damages or losses caused by their actions. - No business or commercial activity is permitted on the Resort. - Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, should be worn at all times. - Please use discretion with language and attire. - We are a family-friendly environment and therefore ask that you refrain from vulgarity, obscenity, and/or inappropriate or disruptive behavior. - Public intoxication will not be tolerated. - Guests are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children, pets, and visitors. - Persons engaging in illegal activity or violating the Resort Rules will be subject to immediate removal from the Park without a refund. - Any guest using profane or discriminatory language or who is intoxicated, or, in the opinion of the Resort, is acting in such a manner that may be injurious, offensive, or annoying to others will be asked to leave the Resort immediately with no refund. Liability - Resort is not liable is not responsible for any loss related to fire, theft/loss, accident, or any other cause. Lost Items - The resort will return left items upon request for a charge equal to $25 plus 110% of shipping costs (including packaging). - There is no charge if a guest or its agent returns to the Property to pick up the left item. - All left items will be discarded after seven (7) days. Mail & Packages - You may not use the Resort as an official permanent address nor receive mail at the Resort (USPS will not forward mail once guests depart). - USPS at 360 Meeker St rents PO Boxes for less than $90 for six months. - This address is able to be forwarded to another address. - UPS and FedEx have been instructed to deliver packages directly to RV sites but they do not always do so. - Please notify the Resort of any expected packages in advance to ensure your package is delivered. - The Resort’s waste dumpsters are not sized to accommodate large packages. Accordingly, Guests must either take empty packages Fireworks Policy - Fireworks are prohibited on the Resort property. Housekeeping Policy - Housekeeping services are available for an extra $25.00 fee. Wifi - The use of wi-fi Internet is free. - Wi-Fi and internet are available to Guests for free. - Resort does not guarantee that the Wi-fi will be free from outages and service interruptions. Pet Policy - We love non-aggressive pets and owners who pick up after them. - We have plenty of space for dogs to get exercise, including private patios connected to each hotel room except room 15. - Create new memories with your furry friends. Please note that patios are not dog runs -- dogs must not be left outside unattended and any waste must be immediately picked up. - No more than two dogs/cats allowed per room. - Pets staying at the hotel are charged at $20/night if arranged in advance and $30/night if not disclosed to the hotel by check-in. - Pets in the Campground are $2/night. - Please register pets with the Resort in advance of check-in. - Pets must be current on all required vaccinations to enter the Resort - Do not leave pets unattended. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Please clean up after your pets and properly dispose of pet waste immediately. - A $50 charge will be assessed to any guest who is found to have not picked up after their guest. - Twenty-five dollars ($25) of the collected fee will be paid to the person who notified the Resort and helped to enforce this rule. - Please do not allow your pet to be a nuisance to others. - The resort has the sole discretion to decide if your pet is disturbing other Guests and/or the Resort. - Please closely monitor pets at all times. - Aggressive dogs are prohibited from entering the Resort. - If your pet creates a disturbance or becomes a nuisance, the pet will need to be immediately removed from the Resort. - The resort may, at its sole discretion, deny any pet entry to the Resort. - Pets with ANY BITE HISTORY are prohibited from entering the Resort. - Pet owners are responsible for all actions by a pet. Any evidence of aggressive behavior by a pet will result in immediate and permanent removal of the pet from the Resort without a refund. Campfires - A firepit must be used responsibly and with ADULT SUPERVISION. - Campfires must remain inside the firepit. - Burning of treated lumber, lumber with adhesive, such as particle board, plywood, OSB, and/or wood with protective coatings, such as polyurethane or varnish is prohibited. - The only items to be burned are wood, cardboard, and paper. - Campfires must be extinguished before leaving the firepit area. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children aged 11 and under stay free. - Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be supervised at all times. - Absolutely no children are to be left at the Resort without adult supervision. - Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be in the hotel room or on the RV site they belong to no later than ninety (90) minutes after sunset. Vehicle Policy - A valid driver’s license is required to operate any motor vehicle on the property. - Please obey all traffic signs. - Vehicles may not be repaired on the Property (other than service calls for emergency issues) - Vehicle washing of any kind is prohibited. Bicycle Policy - Children under the age of eighteen (18) are required to wear helmets. - All bicyclists are required to obey traffic laws, including speed limits. - Do not ride through other RV Park campsites. - Park and Hotel management is not responsible for accidents occurring from bicycle riding. - Ride at your own risk! River & Outdoor Activities - All river-related activities are NOT supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. - In place of on-site supervision, this facility requires all guests to follow all relevant laws pertaining to the use of the river. - IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY! Notify the Resort as soon as you are able. - The Resort is not responsible for any liability that may occur from the use of any outdoor activities. Disclaimer - This document contains the Rules and Regulations during my stay. - I affirm that I have carefully read all the sections mentioned above and accept said regulations of my own free will. Riverwood Inn and RV Park will not tolerate any kind of aggravated behavior against the staff and will end up with the cancellation of my stay and/or reservation without any refund. - The resort reserves the right to immediately remove, without prior notice, Guests, family, and visitors upon violation of any rule, or who, in Management’s opinion, is creating a disturbance of any kind or is a nuisance. - No refunds will be given. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their guests and visitors.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
