Rules and Registration Check-In Procedure - 2 nights minimum except 3 nights for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Age - Must be 25+ to Book Families/Couples/Individuals Only - Large Groups require Owner approval. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposit - >30 Days. 50% Required at the time of booking. - Balance due 30 days before arrival. Cleaning Fee - $0 Unless trash and debris are left on site for staff clean up, then a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. Software Booking Fee - 4% Of Reservation Total. - Max $10 per booking. - NON-REFUNDABLE

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
