Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in starts at 1 pm. - Check out time is 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Late departure may be possible based upon the availability of your site. A fee of $10.00 will be charged. - The guest must contact the office to arrange. - No unregistered guest shall enter the park. - Everyone has to check into the office. - There are to be no deliveries to any site. All deliveries have to be sent to the office. Site Maintenance - We will ensure that the site will be clean upon arrival. - We please ask that the site will be in clean condition upon departure Trash Policy - Trash must be placed in the dumpster (no bags accumulated at the site) Fire Ring Policy - Fire rings cannot be moved Vehicle Policy - Only one RV is allowed per site with no more than two vehicles and one golf cart. - All additional vehicles will need to be stored in. designated locations and charged an extra vehicle fee, and no tents on RV sites. - Testing, repairs, tuning, or maintenance of vehicles or RV is prohibited. - Drivers must be at least 16 years of age and have a current driver’s license. - Proof of insurance must be on file with the office. - Lights need to be on the golf cart if driving after dusk. - No ATVs, dirt bikes, or other off-road vehicles are allowed to be driven on resort property. - Motorcycles are only to be used entering or exiting the resort. Sewer Policy - All sewer hoses must have a watertight rubber collar. - Please ensure all hookups are in good working order. - If you break or change the sewer hookups you will be charged $20.00 for replacement. - All RV’s must be in good condition and well maintained - All water connections are secure and with no leaks Occupancy Policy - Renter must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID. - The IDs of all guests over the age of 16 must be scanned and entered into the guest file in Newbook. - Only those adults and children indicated on the registration forms are permitted on site. - Guests must be registered at the office and a fee of $12 per adult and $8 per child will be applied. - Guests are not permitted on the property during quiet time (11 pm) - Individuals without a current driver’s license may not operate any motorized vehicle on the property Speed Limit - The speed limit in the resort is 5 mph and is strictly enforced. Parking Policy - Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per site. - Extra vehicles may park at the nearest overflow parking spot for $10.00. - The property's parking tab must be visible on the driver’s rearview mirror. - No parking on the grass, the streets, or vacant campsites is allowed. - Golf carts are allowed to be driven in the park. They must stay on paved roads. - All carts need to be parked at 11 pm. - No boats, jet skis, or boat trailers are allowed on your site. If you have these items, they should be parked in a designated area. Pet Policy - We love pets. - Pet fee per pet with a max of two. - Please clean up after your pet and maintain control with a leash at all times. - We do not have breed restrictions, but we ask that all pets be well-behaved and non-aggressive. - Aggressive or excessive barking pets will be asked to leave. Quiet time - Between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am, please be respectful of your fellow campers by keeping your voices and entertainment media at a low level. Child Safety - Unaccompanied minors must be on their site by dusk. - If riding in the park after dark with an adult, bikes have to have lights. Park Disclaimer - All violations of these rules and regulations are subject to the three-strike policy - 1st warning verbal - 2nd warning in writing - 3rd warning you will be asked to leave without a refund. - Management reserves the right to remove anyone for behavior detrimental to the resort and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the resort without prior strikes.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
