To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - Please send us a text message, and we will provide you with the combination code to access the box containing the key for your cabin. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Additional Person to Cabins - If you require accommodations for an additional person, we might have the option of setting up a pull-out couch in your room. Smoking Policy - No smoking allowed. Kindly Close Windows - Please keep your windows and doors closed in order to maintain the temperature inside the cabins. - However, if you prefer to equalize with the temperature outside, you are welcome to open the windows and doors.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
