To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-in Procedure - CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 2 pm. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11 am. - Rates include four (4) people, each additional person over the age of six (6) is $5 per person per night. - Maximum of six (6) people per RV site. - Cabin rates include all persons up to the maximum occupancy, which varies by cabin style. - Rates include two (2) vehicles. - Additional vehicle parking may be available; please inquire with the resort. - Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees. - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies. - Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. - Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the aforementioned Rules and Regulations. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Checkout Policy - Late check-out may be available on a space-available basis and must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour. - Guests who remain after 4:00 p.m. will be charged an additional night’s stay. Age Policy - Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. Rates and Payments Policy - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. - Stays of 7 or more days require a deposit of 7 days due at booking, with the balance paid upon arrival. - Monthly stays require a deposit of $500 due at booking, with the balance paid upon arrival. Damages Policy - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Early Departure Policy - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. - Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather. RV Policy - RV’s must be 15 years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. - No more than one RV is allowed per site. Pet Policy - All well-behaved pets are welcome at the campground. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Pet kennels, pens, fencing, corrals, crates, etc., are not permitted. - Please do not leave a pet tied or unattended outside. Please clean up after your pets at all times. - Pet waste bags are available for purchase in the store. Pets are not permitted in the pool area. - A $45 pet fee will be charged for guests staying in accommodations. - Please check with the office for details. Site Policy - 1 RV or tent per site. - Sites are assigned by park staff. - Please do not change sites without approval from the Front Desk staff. - Site-specific reservation requests may be available for an additional fee. RESERVATIONS: CABINS - CHECK-IN: Accommodations check-out time is 3 pm. - CHECK-OUT: Accommodations check-in time is 11 am. THE FINE PRINT Policy - By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. - There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation. Vehicle Policy - The speed limit within the park is 5 mph. For the safety of all and to keep dust at a minimum, this rule is strictly enforced. - One habitable and one non-habitable vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. - Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways. - Extra vehicles may be allowed on a space available basis at an additional fee of $5.00 per vehicle per night. - All vehicles must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Working on vehicles is prohibited. - Vehicle Washing $15 fee per day Monday-Thursday. Vehicle washing is prohibited Friday-Sunday. - Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. Security Policy - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables and bikes locked up. Quiet Hours Policy - Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. Code Of Conduct Policy - Please keep your campsite tidy and litter-free. - Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with park rules. - Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not walk through other campsites. - Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Profanity, violence, or inconsiderate towards other guests and/or park personnel will not be tolerated.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
