Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rent and Payment Policy - Rent and payment for electricity are due and payable as per the terms of the site rental agreement. - You will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if the total amount is not received in the office by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS). - Returned checks – in addition to a $15.00 handling fee, the late fee described in #1 will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashier's check, or money order. - Future rent payments after an N.S.F. payment shall be in the form of CASH ONLY. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. - Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. Occupancy Rule - The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed six (6) registrants. - A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. - Additionally, the appropriate fee for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site rental agreement. Cleanliness Policy - The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. - Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon termination or expiration of your site rental agreement in the same condition provided. - Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park. - Keep your campsite litter-free, including cigarette butts. Conduct and Violence Policy - Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. - Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated. Harmful Weapon Policy - No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed. Illegal Drugs Policy - The possession, sale, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited. Business Operation Policy - The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited. Hazardous Materials Policy - The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 5 MPH. Parking and Vehicles Policy - No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces. - No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises. - Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a Wash Permit from the office. Pet Policy - PETS (dogs & cats) must be on a leash at all times. - A shovel is as necessary as a leash. - CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Trees Policy - Cutting off trees and plants is prohibited. Campfire Policy - Campfires in grills only. Restroom and Shower Policy - We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. - Please take care of them and report any problem immediately. - Do not let the water run unnecessarily. Sewer Policy - A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. Car Pass Policy - Car passes MUST be displayed at all times. - Do NOT give your gate entry card to anyone to use to access the park. Trash Policy - TRASH is picked up daily at 10:00 AM. - Do NOT leave trash out overnight as dogs and cats get into it. Campground Disclaimer - Failure to comply with all rules will result in the termination of the site. - Services agreement and require you to vacate the property immediately.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
