Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: Check-in after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. - Check-Out: Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. - Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. - If you require more room, ask management. - Arrival times 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM. - If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests - Obey all rules and regulations posted throughout the campground. - You are responsible for keeping your site clean and tidy at all times. - DO NOT enter other campsites even if unoccupied. This includes children and pets. Vehicle Policy - 1 vehicle per site which must display a valid Campground parking permit. - Other vehicles might be permitted at management's discretion and will require a parking permit. - Call for information. - A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at the owner's expense. - Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). - No motorbikes or other unregistered vehicles on the grounds. Speed Limit - The posted speed limit is 5 MPH. Visitors (anyone not a registered camper) - Day or night visitors must register with management there is a charge per visitor. - A campground parking permit will be issued. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise your children on the property, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. Table Rules - Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. - Do not move/remove tables from other sites. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All pets must be registered with campground management, and bring current license and vaccination records. - Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of the owner. Animals may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. - If you'd like to bring your pet, you must provide proof of vaccination. Fire Policy - Fires are allowed in firepits only. - Fires must be attended at all times. - Do not move the fire ring. - Campers will be notified if there are any restrictions to having a fire based on local fire risk levels. - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - Put hot coals in your firepit. - Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property. Garbage - All garbage should be bagged and placed in one of the provided cans. - The garbage will be picked up regularly. - Do not leave garbage bags on the ground. Illegal Activities - Positively no defacing of trees, or removal of any plants or animals. Management Rules - Management will be held harmless for any damage to vehicles or any other property or loss of valuables in or around the campground. - Management will be held harmless from any problems common to the out-of-doors, including, but not limited to, contact with stinging insects, snakes, poisonous plants, or wild animals. Assistance/Security - CALL 911 as appropriate before notifying campground management at 828-644-6018. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Terms and Agreement - The management of this campground reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of a guest for objectionable conduct or failure to abide by the park rules. - If you are asked to vacate the premises due to your inability to abide by the rules, there will be no refund given. - Any person or persons using profane language, intoxicated, or acting in such a manner that may be injurious or annoying to other people (in the opinion of the management) will be asked to leave at once.

All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
