To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - 5 pm - 1:00 p.m. A VALID ID is required. This is for the safety and security of our guests. - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon) - Please come to the office, and we will assist you in finding your site. If your check-in is scheduled for a Sunday, give us a call. Feel free to contact us for early or late check-in arrangements as well. Rules - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Safety and Comfort - For all the customers' comfort and safety, the following policies are in effect. We aspire to give you an enjoyable and unforgettable stay. Ownership and Management Rights and Authority - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. - We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. - We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice. Vehicles - We reserve the right to refuse or allow vehicles at our discretion. In general, we do not accept homemade RVs, converted school buses, box trailers, or horse trailers. - All RV's must be clean and presentable in appearance. - All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured, and in operating orders at all times. - Only two vehicles are allowed per site. Payment - All transactions can only be paid through Debit or Credit card. No cash is accepted. Extra People - Only two adults and children under the age of 18 per site. - Extra people will be charged. Please see the office for more information. Speed Limit - For the safety of our customers and pets, please drive at 5mph or less through the park. Hookups - Each site is full service with 50/30 amp electrical service, water, sewer, and free Wi-Fi. Trash - Trash must be placed in plastic bags and taken to the dumpster. DO NOT leave your trash outside your camper. - The dumpster is located by the roadside on exit. Please shut the lid when done. Laundry - Laundry and restroom facilities are located in the main building. - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. - No clothesline or laundry hanging outside. Smoking/Drug Use Policy - No smoking or use of drugs in the bathroom. Pets Policy - We only allow two pets per site. - All pets must be on a leash. - Don't let your pets wander into other people's sites. - All pets must be well-behaved. - The guest whose pets bark excessively, or are aggressive to people or other pets will be asked to leave without a refund. - You must pick up after them, a 20-dollar fine will be imposed on any pet owner who does not pick up after their pet. - No aggressive breeds will be allowed in the Park. - Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. - You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly. Children - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. - Children must be on your site by 9:00 p.m. Washing - If you want to wash your RV or car, please notify the office. There is a small fee. Quiet Time - 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Guests - All guests and visitors MUST register at the office. - Guests must abide by all local state and federal laws. Fire Pit - We provide a community fire pit by the main building. - No campfires are allowed on sites. Pool - The pool is open from 9:00 am- 8:00 pm. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - No running, diving, or other dangerous activities allowed in the pool. - No alcohol or glass containers are allowed at the pool. - Children are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision. - Please shower before entering. Mails and Packages - Mail runs after 3:00 p.m. except Sunday. - Please get your mail and packages from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am- 4:00 pm. - We humbly ask the campers to respect the worker's privacy. - No knocking on their doors after business hours unless it's a campground emergency. - After business hours, they are just normal campers who want to enjoy and spend their time with their family. Tent Camping - We allow tent camping for a single night only. Additional Information - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by St. John's Campground and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
