Need to know about Sunset Ridge RV Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsite check-in time: 2 p.m. - Campsite check-out time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Check In / Check Out - Check-in is at 2 PM and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check-in. - Early check-in is not permitted. - The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until noon. - We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. - If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. - We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. - Check-out time is 11 AM. - You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in. - Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please just contact the park before 5 PM for instructions. - If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. Site Changes - You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. Open Fires - Open fires are not allowed in our park. - Fires must be in fire rings that are available upon request. - No burning of paper or cardboard. Parking - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Storage - Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. Site and Park Navigation - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. - Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. - No parking in common areas. - Do not park in the middle of the road. - Do not park in sites that you did not register for, and do not block our garages, bathroom, and laundry room doors. Pet Policies Leash - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. - This helps you, your pet, and other guests and their pets stay safe. - Sunset Ridge RV Park is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). Buildings - Pets are not allowed in the buildings. - Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, fence, or posts. Cleaning Up After Your Pet - Be a good neighbor, and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. - Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites, please. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Leaving Pets Unattended - Pets may not be left unattended in our park. - Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. - Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet's well-being while you are away. Pet Vaccinations - Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. - Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date. Barking - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Severe Weather - In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. - We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. - There is an off-site shelter available; see the front desk for location. Minors - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. - Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. - Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Drones - Drones are not permitted in our park. - Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park. Fireworks and Firearms - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. - The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. - If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Repairs - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. - We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. Safety - If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call 931-242-0834 hours a day. - If you need to call 911 for any reason, please give the operator your lot number and the address of Sunset Ridge RV Park, 3804 HWY 43N, Ethridge, TN 38456. - Late payment: Third day late, utilities turned off. - 5 days to exit the park.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
