To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Please come to the office and we will direct you to your site. Call us for late check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you. - Check-In: 12 pm (noon) - 6 pm. - Check-Out: 11 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle/Equipment Policy - All units must be self-contained with electric service, water, and sewer. - You are responsible for acquiring the appropriate insurance for your equipment. Camping Policy - No tent camping. - No dry camping. Wear Policy - All guests are asked to wear appropriate attire including shirts and shoes. Parking Policy - Do not park on the grass. - Park parallel to the curb line in the direction of traffic - Do not block access to other sites. - Call the office if your access is blocked. Water Policy - Use a water pressure regulator attached to the faucet - Protect water and sewer lines in the event of freezing temperatures Pet Policy - All pets (including cats) must stay on a leash at all times when outdoors - When you walk your pet, pick up after them and deposit waste in the dumpster. No aggressive breeds. - Do not allow pets to void on the shrubs or flowers. - Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV. Children Policy - Children are the responsibility of their parents. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 mph. Road Policy - Follow the lane direction markings. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
