Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3 pm - 7 pm. - Check-Out: 11 am. - Proof of I.D. will need to be provided upon check-in. - If you would like to make a reservation for someone else please call the office. - Upon checking in, please make your way to the office. We're here to assist you! - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Noise that can be heard at a distance of two campsites away shall be deemed unreasonable. Illegal Activities - No smoking anywhere on the property. - We have Zero tolerance for illegal drugs of any kind on the property. - No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on the property. - Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. - Such activity shall be grounds for immediate removal from the campground and revocation of privileges. Park Etiquette - No subletting will be permitted. - No buildup of items that are not intended for yard use. Cleaning Policy - Your lot is to be always kept clean. - Please pick up trash and throw it in the trash cans or the blue dumpster provided. - Please remove things from the fire ring for the next guests that don’t burn, like cans and bottles. Pet Policy - Leash and Cleanup Policy for Pets: We kindly request that all guests keep their pets on a leash and diligently clean up after them. - Important Note for Cabin and Lodge Room Reservations: Please be aware that pets are not allowed if you book one of our cabins or lodge rooms. Accident - All campers and guests assume any and all risks of injury and damage to their person or property arising from and out of their entrance upon and use of Whispering Pines Events and Lodging. - The owners are not responsible for any accidents or damages to persons or property. Campground Rules - Please use common sense when you are doing anything while on the campground. - Any violation of the rules can result in the denial of entrance and use privileges. Policies and Terms - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Whispering Pines Events & Lodging and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - The owners of Whispering Pines Events and Lodging reserve the right to deny entrance and use privileges to any person. - Please get in touch with Whispering Pines Events & Lodging for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
