To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 10 am - 5 pm - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon) - When you check-in, you'll notice a ticket booth right at the entrance. Please make sure to stop by the ticket office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. - Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Quiet Time - Quiet time will be from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Fire Policy - Campfires are allowed and must be maintained and supervised at all times. - Firewood will be available while supplies last. Alcohol Policy - Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. - ZERO TOLERANCE FOR UNDERAGE DRINKING! - Violators will be removed from the premises Site Policy - Zero tolerance for boundary line crossing. - We must respect other landowners. - All boundary lines will be marked and clearly identified. - Violators will be dismissed immediately. Park Disclaimer - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or accidents. - No glass containers allowed. - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Rollin Oaks Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 30 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
