To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In and Check-Out - Camping check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is prior to 12 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations Policy - Due to high demand, stays are a three-night minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Deposits - Reservations by phone will be held for five days or can be secured by credit card. Cabin rentals require a 50% deposit. The balance is due at check-in. Payment - We accept Cash, Checks, Debit Card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Liability Waiver - An Equipment and Release of Liability waiver is required per insurance for all guests upon check-in and registration at the Lodge. Cleaning Fee - A cleaning fee will be assessed to all weekly reservations all year round. Fee is based on cabin size. Complimentary Amenities - Lake water park, barrel train, and hay rides, paddleboats, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, and life jackets are free for the enjoyment of our resort guests. Personal Watercraft Welcome - Our guests are welcome to bring boats or jet skis. We have a boat landing on site for easy access to the lake, with ample overflow parking space available to store trailers. While in Lake Villard, boats can be pulled up on our sandy shoreline or docks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a public landing available 1/2 of a mile east of our resort. No Fireworks - Absolutely no fireworks allowed! Firewood Restrictions - Campfire wood is available for purchase at the Lodge. For the protection of our trees, we do not allow guests to bring firewood to Canary Beach Resort. Fire Safety - Fires and firewood must be contained within the barrels provided. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 6.5 mph on the resort. We Recycle - We encourage recycling of glass, tin, cans, plastic, and cardboard. Containers are provided. Promotional Photos - We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes. Pet Policy - Pets shall be allowed on the property but must be controlled by a leash. - Pets must be cleaned up after always. - Pets are not to be tied up outdoors and left alone at the site. - Pets brought to the campsite must be non-aggressive toward humans and other pets. - Pets are not allowed in the cabins or on the beach. - Vaccination records must be available.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
