Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3 pm - 8 pm - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon) - Come to the office, and we will direct you to your site. - Late check-out may be available but must be arranged ahead of time. Additional fees may apply. - In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. Call for late check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Extra Person - All rentals and campsites are based on a family, two adults, and your children under the age of 18. - We do permit up to two extra adults for a fee. - Four adults is the maximum for all sites and rentals. - Daily – 18 yrs and above $10.00 - 5 yrs- 17 yrs $7.00 - Under 5 free - (maximum of 8 Visitors per site) - Overnight – $12.50 - Pet Charges $5.00 per night General - Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children/and or pets. - Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same. - The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies of the park. - All guests and visitors must register upon arrival. - All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. - There will be no tent camping. - Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10 pm. - Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. - Maintenance of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - RVs are not to be dropped off for someone else. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees. - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No trash in fire pits. - Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site. Only what will fit within the site, there is no additional parking. - Tenants must remove all of their trash when they leave. - Do not leave trash out overnight. - Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Safety - The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the RV Park. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns in PROHIBITED. - Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED. - The use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED. - Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED. - The speed limit on the property is 5 mph. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the RV Park. - No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the RV Park, including ATVs. - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the RV Park. - Quiet Cove Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at ANY time. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence towards guests or RV staff will result in immediate eviction from the park. - Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the park. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all pets. - There is a two-pet limit in the park. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for “clean-up” after their pets. Failure to pick up feces will result in a $50 fine. - Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. - Do not allow your dog to dig. Aggressive, barking, or whining dogs are not allowed in the park. Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Jeff's at Big Lake RV Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
