To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

<p><strong><u>Priority Campground Policies:</u></strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outside guests (anyone not part of the initial reservation and overnight stay) are not allowed within Stillwater RV Resort.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Speed limit of 5mph is strictly enforced. </p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Guests with pets must clean up after them, no exceptions.</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reservation rate includes 4 guests per site; there will be an additional fee of $10 per additional person per night. Maximum 8 guests per site. </p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All RVs must be self-contained to occupy a site. All RVs over 10 years old must have prior approval before reservation will be accepted. Current photos of all four sides of unit can be sent via email to<a href="https://www.stillwaterrvresort.com/campground-rules/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><u> </u></a><a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><u>[email protected]</u></a><u>.</u></p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tents/Pop-up campers/truck campers are not allowed.</p><p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>We do not accept personal checks</strong>.</p><p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If arriving after normal business hours, please call our office to receive information for your personal gate code.</p><p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A 2-night minimum is required during the weekends and a 3-night minimum is required for Memorial Day, 4^th of July and Labor Day reservations.</p><p>10. Reservations will not be held after 11:00 on the morning AFTER the scheduled arrival date, and the site will be released.</p><p><strong><u>General Campground Rules:</u></strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All guests will be escorted to their site after check in. </p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Trash pick-up is provided daily. Leave trash bags visible near road by 9AM.<a href="https://www.stillwaterrvresort.com/campground-rules/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> </a><u>Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight.</u></p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assigned individual wristbands are required to be <u>worn at all times</u>, <u>no exceptions</u>.</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Only one camping unit is allowed at the designated campsite.</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quiet hours are from 11PM-8AM.</p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All children/teenagers must be back at campsite by 11PM, except for Stillwater special events.</p><p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Parent/Legal Guardians are responsible for all children under the age of 16 at all times.</p><p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The use of electric or gas-powered play vehicles, other than electric golf carts, are prohibited.</p><p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Campsite must be reserved and occupied by a person 21 years of age or older.</p><p>10. Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their campsite.</p><p>11. No fires except in community fire pits.</p><p>12. Washing of vehicles and campers is not allowed on the property.</p><p>13. Music that is audible beyond the immediate vicinity of the site is prohibited.</p><p>14. Bikes/scooters must be back at the campsite before quiet hours (11PM) and must have flashlights attached at night. Bikes/scooters are not allowed in any common areas or pool area.</p><p>15. Swimming in any water other than the pools and Wibit pond is not allowed.</p><p>16. Registered campers are responsible for their guests.</p><p>17. All facilities are to be left clean after use.</p><p>18. Portable or inflatable swimming pools, clothes lines, fireworks, tent are prohibited.</p><p>19. No driving or parking on grass areas.</p><p>20. Glass containers are strictly prohibited <u>within common areas of the </u>resort.</p><p>21. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only and at campsites with proper disposal of butts.</p><p>22. RV sites--Check in is 4PM and check out is 2PM.</p><p>23. RV rentals and Camp House—check in is 4PM and check out is 11AM.</p><p><strong><u>Golf Cart Rules: (personal and resort owned)</u></strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Personal golf carts must be registered with front office at check in. There will be a $25 daily fee.&nbsp;</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Golf carts are to be used on Stillwater roads only and may not exceed the posted speed limit.&nbsp;Sidewalk and off-road use are prohibited. Resort owned golf carts will not be permitted to be driven off the property for any reason. </p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operators of golf carts must adhere to all applicable state laws. </p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operators of golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license. </p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Occupancy may not exceed limits set by the manufacturer.</p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operator and passengers must remain seated while vehicle is in motion. </p><p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No one may sit in the lap of the operator or a passenger.</p><p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Golf carts must be equipped with functional headlights and taillights to be operated at night. </p><p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Golf carts must be back at the designated campsite by the beginning of quiet hours—11PM. </p><p>10. Any damage caused during rental period is the responsibility of renter.</p><p>11. Personal golf carts must be electric and in excellent mechanical and exterior condition. Email current pictures to<a href="https://www.stillwaterrvresort.com/campground-rules/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> </a><a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[email protected]</a> for approval prior to reservation.</p><p>12. The resort manager, or representative may, at their discretion, cause the removal or limit the stay of persons or vehicles causing any disturbance or in any way creating a nuisance.</p><p>13. All guests renting or using personal golf carts will be required to sign the Stillwater Golf Cart Agreement at check in.</p><p><strong><u>Pet Policy:</u></strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All pets must be kept on a leash unless inside the dog park. </p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No pet pens are allowed.</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pets are not permitted in any buildings, pools, or beach areas. </p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pet waste must be picked up and disposed properly.</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maximum leash length not to exceed 6 feet. </p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No pets allowed for Camp house or RV rental.</p><p><strong><u>Persons failing to comply with rules, requests, or instructions from resort staff will be asked to leave the resort immediately without further notice or refund. Rules and regulations subject to change at anytime.&nbsp;</u></strong></p>

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
