To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Gateway to the Petrified Forest RV Resort wants to provide a cohesive and friendly environment for all of our guests. Please be respectful of the management and other guests will while staying at the park. Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 2:00 pm - Check-out: 11:00 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Misc Rules - No more than 2 additional vehicles per space - Pets must be kept on a leash when outside - No noise disturbances that affect the other guests - No rowdy or offensive behavior Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management reserves the right to ask any paying customer or visitor to leave the property at any given time, for just cause and/or violation of park rules and regulations without the return of deposits or refunds. Gateway to the Petrified Forest RV Resort, LLC is not responsible for any damages, accidents, injury or loss that happens on the property.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
