To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - We offer self-check-in only, please confirm your site on your reservation and proceed directly to that site when you arrive. - Check-In: Flexible - Check-Out: 1 pm - All stays beyond 1:00 pm may be billed an additional night stay (subject to prior agreement and availability). - No Refunds, No Exceptions. - All RVs older than 10 years must be approved by Wingen RV Park staff at check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - Please do not drive over 5 mph. Water Connection Policy - Make sure all water connections are not leaking. Liabilities: - All RV site rental owners are responsible for their own actions and insurance. - WinGen RV Park is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. - Guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages. Lot Maintenance - Guests are responsible for leaving their lot in the same condition or better than it was found. - This includes the grounds, their lot, and surrounding areas. - Burning trash is prohibited. - Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. - Keep outside storage of items to a minimum. Animals / Pets - Pets are restricted to the lot they belong to. - Please do not allow your pets to roam free outside of your area or RV lot. - Noisy pets are not permitted. - Pet droppings must be cleaned up on a daily basis. - Pets must be on a leash (maximum 12’) when outside of RVs. - Pets must be accompanied by an adult (over 12) when outside of the RV. Laundry Facility - Laundry facilities will normally be accessible 24 hours a day but these facilities will be closed from time to time at park management’s discretion for cleaning and repairs. - Washers, dryers, and all other laundry facilities are to be cleaned by RVer, inside and out, immediately after use. - Clothes are to be removed from dryers as soon as they are dry. - Dyeing may not be done in the washers. - The laundry is to be left in a clean, neat, and orderly condition. Parking Policy - Guests must park in the designated parking spots. - Only the number of vehicles specified on the application are permitted on each site depending on the lot dimensions and size of the vehicle. - Please do not block roadways or driveways. Smoking / Drugs / Alcohol - Please discard smoking butts appropriately. - Dropping butts in public areas is considered littering and will not be tolerated. - Absolutely no smoking inside or around buildings owned by WinGen RV Park. - Those found with illegal drugs on site will be removed and expelled from the park and are subject to loss of any payments and security deposits. - Use of alcohol outside is expected to conform to legal and mature standards of conduct. Quiet Hours / Noise Pollution - WinGen RV Park's quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Monday - Thursday, and 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Friday - Sunday. - During this time, campers are to respect their neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. - Loud music is prohibited during these hours. - Renter agrees that deposit and/or rent money will be forfeited if payments are not made within 7 days of the due date. General Rules - Please do not enter any neighboring properties. Trash Policy - Use the dumpsters provided. Vehicle Policy - Washing vehicles and portable hot tubs are prohibited.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
