To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 02:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Store Hours - Seasonal Store Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Thursday – Saturday Discounts Policy - Discounts are not valid for holiday periods. - No two discounts can be used together Rates are based on up to four persons per site or cabin. - A site rate is not guaranteed unless booked and paid for. Pull-thru Policy - Subject to availability. Vehicles Policy - Only one vehicle per site. Campfires Policy - Individual campfires must be above ground and contained. Outside Courtesy Sink Policy - No washing pets, dishes, pots, pans, laundry, etc. in the bathhouse sinks. - Use the sink outside Bathhouse 1. Pet Policy - Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets 20 lbs. and under are welcome. - Please do not leave them unattended and pick and dispose of their waste. - No animals in the bathhouses or pool area. - There is a non-refundable $25 pet fee for pets in cabins. - Pets are not allowed in rental RV trailers. Group Policy - Balance must be paid in full by 30 days prior to arrival. - There need to be at least 18 persons in order to receive the group rate. - Groups check-in after 2 pm and check out by 11 am. Fishing Policy - To fish in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you must have either a valid North Carolina or Tennessee fishing license. - You can purchase a basic North Carolina license for a period of one day, three days, or one year. - The one-day cost for a resident is $5 (non-resident is $10); one year is $15 (non-resident is $30). - A 3-day non-resident fee is $15. - If you plan to fish for trout outside the National Park, an additional “trout stamp” is required at a cost of $10 (both resident and non-resident). - Some of the trout streams are strictly catch-and-release. - For more information about North Carolina fishing, go to Online Fishing Regulations - No license is required to fish in Cherokee Reservation waters, however, a tribal permit is required. - The cost is $10 per day with a creel limit of ten. - Cherokee Reservation water permits are available at a variety of locations on the Reservation. Quiet Time - Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am. Minimum Stay Requirement Policy - Open year-round, all stays require a 2-night minimum, utilities included in price cable where available. Swimming Policy - Swim at your own risk. Emergency Policy - In case of Emergency, Call 911.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
