To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Check-Out: 10:00 AM. - If arriving after 7:00 PM, please call to make arrangements as our front desk is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Late check-out is not an option. - A one night deposit is charged to a credit/debit card at the time of reservation with the remaining balance charged the morning of check-in. - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods. - No refunds will be offered for early checkout. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Lost/Stolen Policy - Pine Haven Venue & Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Smoking Policy - NO SMOKING in units. If smoking inside any building occurs, up to a $250 cleaning fee may be applied. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Campfires must be extinguished by 10:00 PM. - First violation of quiet hours will result in a verbal warning, and the second violation will result in a $100.00 fine charged to the card on file for the offending party. - Third violation of quiet hours will result in requiring violating party to leave the premises with no refund of reservation charges. Reservation Policy - Large Groups (3 or more rooms booked under the same payment) and/or Extended Stay (reservations of 7 or more nights): - A first-night deposit is charged to the credit card at the time of reservation, and a second-night deposit is charged to the credit card 30 days prior to check-in, with the remaining balance due the morning of check-in. Vehicle Policy - Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is a high-impact period. For Rally reservations, the first-night deposit will be charged to a credit/debit card at the time of reservation with the remaining balance charged to the card on June 1. Housekeeping Policy - Housekeeping is family style. - Rooms will not be cleaned daily. - Rooms will be refreshed after every three nights. - This refreshment includes the replacement of towels and emptying of garbage cans. - Our housekeeping policies help to keep our rates down and our environmental footprint low. - For a full-service cleaning prior to checkout, a fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Camp mattresses (in children’s loft of cabins) do not include bedding and pillows. - Please plan to bring pillows and blankets with you for the children’s loft. Blankets and pillows will also be sold at a front office store. Pets Policy - Dogs are allowed at RV sites and in pet-friendly cabins. - Dogs are the ONLY species allowed at Pine Haven Venue & Lodging. - A fee of $15, per pet, per night will be charged. - Damages caused by pets to Pine Haven Venue & Lodging will be charged to the card on file. - Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. - Pine Haven Venue & Lodging will charge a $25.00 fee to guests who do not do so.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
