To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. General Conduct & Appearance - Keep your RV, site, and personal belongings neat and orderly at all times. - All RVs must be kept in good condition and free from excessive dirt, mildew, or visible exterior damage. - To maintain park aesthetics and guest experience, management reserves the right to require that RVs be cleaned if they become unsightly. - If not addressed after notice, the park may arrange for professional cleaning at the guest’s expense. - Guests are free to wash their own RV onsite, so long as the hose is equipped with a nozzle or sprayer so that the water is not permitted to free flow. - Whitesboro RV Resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate service based on the appearance or condition of your RV or site. - Sites must be kept free of debris, excessive storage, or clutter. - Personal behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated. RV Requirements - RVs must be 10 years old or newer. - Older RVs may be permitted with prior written approval — submit photos to [email protected]. - RVs must be well-maintained and in good working order. - No tent camping is allowed. - Window units are not permitted. Site Setup & Utilities - Use proper leveling blocks only — cinder blocks are not permitted. - Water pressure regulators are strongly recommended. - Leaking connections must be shut off until they can be replaced. - Sewer hoses must be kept off the ground using an accordion-style support, with a proper sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) to prevent gas escape. - Leaking sewer hoses must be replaced immediately - Continuous sewer flush connections are not allowed. - The black tank must remain closed except when dumping. Outdoor Items & Storage - Outdoor furniture must be neatly organized, in good condition, and uniform. - Mats and satellite dishes must remain on your designated RV pad. - No clutter or items stored under the RV. - Totes are allowed on-site, but they must be neatly organized and stacked, lids closed, in clean condition, and uniform in color. - No clotheslines or hanging laundry is allowed. - Personal belongings should not extend into neighboring sites or roadways. Parking & Vehicles - Each site is limited to two (2) vehicles, including motorcycles. - Additional vehicles must be parked in the park’s designated paid parking area or covered storage area. - Contact management for availability or reserve online. - Vehicles must be parked in your designated space and must not block driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring sites. - No vehicle or RV repairs may be performed anywhere in the park. - The speed limit is 5 mph — strictly enforced. Safety & Fires - No open flames, outdoor fireplaces, chimineas, or open fire pits allowed. - Small charcoal or gas grills are permitted with continuous adult supervision. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Please observe all posted fire restrictions. Children Policy - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome but must be leashed and under control at all times when outside your RV. - Cats are not permitted to roam freely outdoors at any time. - If outside, cats must be in an enclosed carrier or on a leash. - Dogs may not be left outside unattended if the guest is not present in the park. - Dogs must not be tethered or kenneled outdoors when the owner is away. - Clean up after your pets immediately — this includes all grassy areas and common areas. - Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or nuisance behavior will not be tolerated. - Management reserves the right to require the removal of any disruptive or aggressive pet. Noise & Quiet Hours - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Loud music, parties, or disruptive noise are not permitted at any time. - Please be respectful of fellow guests at all times. Mail & Deliveries - Mail and package delivery service is available. - Please check with management regarding mail or package deliveries. Prohibited Activities - No illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated on park property. - The use of firearms, fireworks, or weapons is strictly prohibited. - The sale of goods or services is not permitted on your site without prior approval. Wi-Fi & Internet Usage - Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the park for basic web browsing, email, and light internet use. - Our Wi-Fi is not designed to support streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, gaming), large downloads, or other high-bandwidth activities. - Guests who require high-speed internet for work or entertainment should plan to use their own cellular hotspot or arrange for a private internet connection. - Please be considerate of fellow guests — excessive use may impact the network’s performance for others. - Whitesboro RV Resort cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed Wi-Fi service and is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control. Park Management Rights - Whitesboro RV Resort reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate occupancy for violation of park rules or disruptive behavior. - Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. - Thank you for helping us keep Whitesboro RV Resort safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
