Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time for all sites: 1:00 pm. - Check-out time for all sites: 11:00 am. - The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. - Additional fees may apply. - To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Guest Registration and Passes - All guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. - All guests must display the Glendale Valley Campground yellow visitor pass by hanging it from their car's rearview mirror while on the property. Liability and Responsibility - Campers and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or their pets. - Camper assumes all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold campground management harmless from and indemnify campground management against the same. - The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to eject any person who does not comply with the rules and policies. Vehicles and RV Requirements - All motorhomes, RVs, or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. - Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. - Only one RV and a maximum of one other vehicle are allowed per site unless stated otherwise. - Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites. Tent Camping - Tent camping is permitted in RV spaces when RVs are being rented. - Tents are limited to a maximum of one per site and cost an additional $15 per tent per night. Occupancy Limits and Visitors - The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - A maximum of six people total at a site at any given time. - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm, but they must first register at the office. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 pm. - Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. Site Appearance and Cleanliness - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees or put nails in the trees. - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. - All trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster at the front of the campground. - Do not leave trash out overnight. Prohibited Items and Activities - Drones or other remotely controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Safety - The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the campground. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. - The speed limit on the property is 5 mph. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the campground. - No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the campground, including golf carts and scooters. - Quads, four-wheelers, ATVs, and UTVs are not to be driven in the campground. - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in ejection from the campground. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the main office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be ejected from the park. - Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate ejection from the park. - Guests violating rules that result in an ejection notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity or safety of our guests or the campground. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. - There is a three-pet limit in the campground. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. - This includes all reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in campground buildings and amenity areas. - The campground is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by pets. - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee. - Reservations cancelled between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a 50% refund. - There will be no refund for reservations cancelled less than 14 nights before arrival. - No refunds for reservations made on Holiday Weekends. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
