To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check In Procedure: - Please come to your designated site and connect your RV. - Check-In: 12pm (noon) - 7pm - Check-Out: 10am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Policy: - If you abandon your R.V. the management may tow it to any site or property of our choosing after the 6th day of the month. - You will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred. Proper Behavior While in the Park: - The management will not tolerate any onerous, obnoxious or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. - In the event of any offensive activity, in the sole judgment of the management, the offending party will be required to leave the park without refund. Parking Policy: - Parking is restricted to a maximum of two vehicles per space. - Parking of other vehicles on the property must be approved by management. General Rules: - Registered guest are responsible for other visitors. Please inform them of the rules. - No camper washing is allowed. - Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife or acts of God, owner, and/or customer actions for inactions (or those of their employees, agents or invitees). or any other related to customers use or occupation of the RV site. - According to Louisiana civil code section 799.23, any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site when due is subject to criminal prosecution. - We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. - We require full payments in advance and will prosecute any violations under the theft of services law. - This agreement does not constitute a land/tenant agreement. - Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest agreement. - I fully understand and accept the terms of this agreement and any attached park rules. - I agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate these rules and regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees. - Westgate RV Park 875 West Mount Pleasant Rd Zachary, LA 70791 to enable all residents and guest to enjoy their stay, our guest are asked to adhere to the following rules and regulations Trash Policy: - Area around your RV space is to be kept clean at all times. Vehicle Policy: - All vehicles must be parked without blocking other sites or driveways. If you drive over the grass and damage the grass, you must pay to fix it or repair it back to the original condition including new grass. - No major repairs or oil changes allowed to your vehicle. - Westgate RV park accepts no responsibility for any damage(no matter the cause) to RV’s, cars, any lost, stolen items, or personal injury. - Extra cars and utility trailers must be approved by management. Parking Policy: - Only registered guests and vehicles are permitted in the park overnight. - Parking is restricted to (2) automobiles per site. Speed Limit: - Speed limit is 5 mile per hour within the park.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
