Terms & Conditions Check In - Check-in for RV sites is 1 pm, and Check out is 11 am - A late Check-out fee of $25 be assessed for check-outs between 11 am-1 pm - Check-outs after 1 pm will be charged for a full day, but you must vacate the site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Check-in for Shelters, Cabins, and River House are at 3 pm, and Check-out is 11 am - A late check-out fee of $25 be assessed for Check-outs between 11 am-1 pm - Check-outs after 1 pm will be charged for a full day, but you must vacate the unit. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby the Campground, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
