Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In: - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Parking and Speed Limit: - The speed limit is 5 MPH at all times. - All vehicles must be in good working condition and registered with the park. - No boats or flat-bed trailers are allowed without prior approval. Additional fees may apply. - Parking in vacant RV sites will result in the vehicle being towed. - No parking on grass or outside designated areas. Behavior: - Zero tolerance for harassing or disruptive behavior toward Park staff or other Park Guests. Treat the park and other residents as you would want to be treated. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Utilities: - Each Guest is highly encouraged to provide their own GFCI protection. The park is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages due to power surges or fluctuations. - No digging, erecting poles or installing satellites without approval. - No tampering with electrical boxes. - Water pressure regulators are highly recommended. - No hazardous materials or foreign chemicals are authorized onsite. - No discounts for interrupted utility, cable, or WIFI services. Site Area: - No additional appliances are allowed outside the RV. - No plants or objects shall be outside that interfere with maintenance. - All trash must be placed in the proper receptacle. - Always keep dumpster doors closed. - The area around each site must be clean and orderly at all times. - Holiday decorations must be removed in a timely manner. - 24-hour correction grace period if the violation is identified before a $25.00 fine per day. Loss, Damages & Claims: - Reservation holders assume all risk of loss or damage and are responsible for carrying their own insurance. - Any damages to the property will be billed directly to the reservation holder. - The park is not responsible for injuries of any manner that occur on the property. Responsibility: - Reservation holders are responsible for all actions of their visitors, guests, and pets. - Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children under the age of 18. - Parents are financially responsible for any damages to the park or other residents. - Diamond Dale RV Park is not responsible for any US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc. letters or packages. RV Care and Consideration: - All Resident RVs must be clean and in good working condition. - No auto repairs or trailer repairs are allowed in the park. - The park reserves the right to refuse service based upon RV appearance and/or condition. - Certified collar required for all sewer and grey water connections. Monthly Guests: - Pro-rated first month and all deposits are due prior to hook-up. - There are no refunds for early departure. - Move out is the 1st of each month. We do not prorate monthly rents. - All new residents must register with Diamond Dale RV Park.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
