Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure: - Please self-check-in into your site. We will send you communication for the WiFi code as well as the bathroom code upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Times: - Check-In: 12pm (noon) - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am Quiet Hours: - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. - If we have to call the authorities one time for a disturbance at your site you will be required to leave. Vehicle maintenance and repairs cannot be completed within the campground or your site. The speed limit at the campground is 5 MPH. Please no speeding at any time. Family Friendly Campground: - This is a family-friendly campground. - Please no inappropriate behavior, indecent exposure, etc. - These behaviors will not be tolerated by the campground. Local Residents: Our campground does not allow local residents for long-term reservations. Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Mountain Creek RV Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. Please contact Mountain Creek RV Park for more details. Rent is payable in advance. - You will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if the total amount is not received in the office by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS, no split payments). - Monthly electrical usage requires a $150 deposit which will be applied to the last month’s electric charges at the end of the stay. Returned checks: - In addition to a $35.00 handling fee, the late fee described in #1 will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashier's check, or money order. - Future rent payments after an N.S.F. payment shall be in the form of CASH ONLY. Occupancy: - The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed two (2). - A penalty of $50.00 per person per night will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. - You may NOT assign or sublet your site. You are being provided services under a site services agreement. You are NOT under a landlord/tenant arrangement – THEFT OF SERVICES APPLIES. Cleanliness and Consideration: - Please keep your site neat and tidy at all times. - The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. - Keep it that way and return the RV Site upon termination or expiration of your site rental agreement in the same condition provided. - Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park. - Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. - Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated. - No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapons in any way that may alarm others is allowed. Absolutely no hunting of any kind is permitted. Anyone harming wildlife will be immediately removed from the property and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. - The possession, sale, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited and will get you evicted immediately. - The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited. - The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited - Cutting trees and plants is prohibited. - Keep your campsite litter-free, including cigarette butts. Traffic: - Speed limit is 5 MPH. - No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces. Park in designated spaces ONLY. - No vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises. Pets: - Pets (both dogs and cats) must remain on a leash and be attended to at all times. Please clean up after your pet's waste. - A shovel is as necessary as a leash. CLEAN-UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. - No excessive barking or unattended animals will be tolerated. - Aggressive animals and/or owners will be asked to leave without a refund. General: - No campfires are allowed, unless using provided fire ring. Grills are permissible. - We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately. - Do not let the water run unnecessarily. - Clotheslines are PROHIBITED. - A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. - Do NOT give your gate entry code to anyone to use to access the park. All vehicles coming to your unit must register with the office – no exceptions. - TRASH is picked up Wednesdays at 8:00 AM. Do not leave trash out overnight. Dispose of your trash daily. - Damage caused by you, your family, or guests is YOUR responsibility. - All vehicles coming to your unit must register with the office – no exceptions. - Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit. - Valid and current Drivers License and Insurance must be presented upon arrival or prior to arrival. - IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY RULE YOU MUST LEAVE THE PARK - FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
