To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

TENTS & RVs - Reservations must be made by an adult who is at least 21 years old. - All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking and secured with a credit card. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. TENTS & RVs Check-in / Check-out: - Check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. - If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 pm, please call and notify the office. - Early check-in/late check-out requests will be allowed if the site is available. - They cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to an additional fee. For early check-in requests: - Guests must call the morning of their arrival to check for availability. - Due to our limited parking accommodations, we do not have extra space for parking prior to site readiness. For late check-out requests: - Guests must stop by or call the office by 10:00 a.m. - Those who occupy a site later than 11:00 a.m. without contacting the office for availability are subject to a late check-out fee. Cabins Cabin Check-in / Check-out: - Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. - If you are planning to arrive after 7:00pm please call and notify the office. - Early check-in/late check-out requests will be allowed if available. - They cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to an additional fee. - For early check-in requests, guests must call the morning of their arrival to check for availability. - For late check-out requests, guests must stop by or call the office by 10:00 a.m. - Those who occupy a site later than 11:00 a.m. without contacting the office for availability are subject to a late check-out fee.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel at least 14 days before your check in day and time, you’ll receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite fees). If you cancel within 14 days before check in, there will be no refund.
