To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - We have established the following Coconuts RV Resort guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment during your stay, as well as for the comfort of our other guests. - Please note that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in being asked to leave the resort without a refund. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Age Requirement - You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve an RV site and/or a Vacation Villa and have a valid driver’s license and proof of RV insurance. Quiet Time - Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. - Generators are prohibited during these hours. - Excessive volumes on radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc., are not permitted. - Shutdown of these items may be necessary depending on your proximity to other campers. Alcohol - Guests over the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages, but alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought onto any other Coconuts property. Smoking - Tobacco and legally-authorized medical marijuana use are prohibited in common use areas of the Resort, except in designated smoking areas. - All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in a fireproof receptacle. - The Coconuts staff reserves the right to ask for proof of a medical marijuana card at any time during your stay. - Any use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the violator and all of his or her guests or co-tenants from the Resort. Campfire - Fire pits are the responsibility of the camper and are restricted to the fire ring. - Burning trash and large fires are strictly prohibited. - Please put your fire completely out before leaving the area. Recreational Vehicles - Each site is allowed the use of 1 (one) golf cart. - ATVs and UTVs are not allowed. - Must be 16+ to operate a personal golf cart on property with a driver’s license and 21+ with a driver’s license to drive our golf carts on property. - Allowable motorized vehicles include (gas or battery powered) scooters, golf carts, and hover boards. - All battery-operated vehicle or motor-driven vehicle operators must have a valid driver’s license while driving on the resort property. - All bikes, scooters, golf carts, and drivable, motorized machines are to be operated under the laws and regulations of Missouri, and with respect to all guests/visitors of the resort. - All wheeled vehicles and trailers must be kept on roads and parking pads except as otherwise permitted by special management rules. Allowed Vehicles - Pop-up campers and tents are prohibited on RV sites. Parking - No parking on the grass or in the loop islands. Fireworks & Firearms - The discharging of firearms, BB guns, paintball guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, or any devices that use burning powder, explosives, compressed gases, etc., is prohibited. - Fireworks are not permitted. Pets - Pets must be kept on leashes (10-foot maximum length) or under control at all times, and should never be left unattended. - Please ensure your pets are walked by a responsible person who can pick up after them immediately. - Use the provided trash receptacles for disposal. - Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas due to health codes. - A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per lot site. Children - Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children. - Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the playground area, pool area, or basketball court. Site Maintenance - Please do not hang lanterns, tie ropes, dog leashes, bungee cords, etc. to trees. - Dumping of grey water will not be allowed in the parks, except into the wastewater collection system provided by the Resort. - Pools of any kind or water toys, such as slip-n-slides and bounce houses, are not allowed. Site Modification - Removal of plants, animals, rocks, or downed timber is prohibited without written permission from the Resort manager. Clotheslines - Clotheslines or tarps are not permitted in the Resort. Accessory Structures - Tent camping or pop-ups are not permitted in the Resort. Solicitation - Solicitation or selling any item (including the resale of a campsite) is strictly prohibited. RV Resort Amenities - Residents of the Resort over 18 years of age have full use of the Fitness Center. - Equipment must be wiped down after each use. - Supplies will be provided for that purpose. - Washers and dryers are for Resort tenants. - Dryer lint filters must be emptied after each use. - Do not leave laundry overnight. Resort Wide Amenities - Residents of the Resort are permitted to use the facilities at Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar and Grill during normal business hours and must abide by restaurant rules. Rental Dock Rules - Covered dock slips and wave runner shore ports are available for nightly, monthly, and yearly rental. - This dock is not open to the public. - Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bar & Grill Dock Rules - The courtesy docks at Coconuts are only for patrons of the restaurant. - Use of the courtesy docks by RV Resort tenants and their guests is strictly prohibited. - Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Photography/Video Consent - By electing to stay or visit Coconuts RV Resort, every guest and visitor on the premises including our restaurant and outlets, hereby grants consent for our capture and utilization of images, videos, and likeness for any marketing or other purposes not prohibited by law, indefinitely, and without the need for payment of any royalty, licensing, or other fees whatsoever. - If any minor children are present, their legal guardian is required to let the manager know at the time a photo or video is taken that permission is not given to use their likeness for any marketing purposes.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
