Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. - Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. - Please confirm availability and make arrangements if staying extra night(s). - If you are still here at check-in time (1:00 p.m.), we will assume you are staying another night and your card will be charged at the current nightly rate. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Sites - We reserve the right to move your reserved site based on factors including the size of your RV and the duration of your stay. - Site rates are for 2 adults. - Each extra adult is $5.00. - Campers or motorhomes for monthly sites must submit an application before booking. - Holiday and festival bookings require a 2-day minimum reservation stay. Utilities - All sites have electrical hookups. - Electricity will be charged for monthly stays. - Monthly stays will be charged a 15% late fee of the monthly charge if not paid on time. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Please be respectful to other guests on the property. Tables - We have a limited number of picnic tables. - Tables are not guaranteed at every site. - Please do not move picnic tables. RV Guests - All camper sewer hoses must have a screw-in sewer collar on the sewer hookup. - Large area outdoor rugs must be secured or weighted down to prevent blowing away at campsites. - No large outdoor items such as trampolines, pools, hot tubs, storage buildings, large storage containers, chain-link dog pens, outbuildings, tarps, or outside washers and dryers. - Staff have the right to restrict items at sites. Tent Guests - Maximum of 6 guests per tent site. - No generators unless there is a long-term power outage. Vehicles - Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsites. - The speed limit is 10 MPH. Visitors - Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. Children - Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms. - Do not allow children to play in the roadway. Pets - Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. - A fine of $35 will be charged for not picking up pet waste. - Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. - Staff reserves the right to terminate reservations due to poor pet behavior. Restrooms And Showers - Facilities are only available for paying guests of Luxx Lodge RV Park. - Due to Board of Health regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. - No pets are allowed in restrooms. - No clotheslines are allowed at campsites. Non-fire Campground - No wood-burning fire pits are allowed on the property. - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - Do not put hot coals in garbage containers or on the ground. - Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and on the property. Garbage - Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the campground. Wifi - Wifi is available for paying guests of Luxx Lodge RV Park. - Wifi information will be provided on the day of check-in. Payment - Monthly and weekly guests must pay on the due date. - If payment is not made on time, Luxx Lodge RV Park management will shut down water, sewer, electric, and wifi immediately. - Any vehicle, RV, or motorhome on the pad will be towed immediately at the owner’s expense.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
