To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2 pm. - Check-out is at 12 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campfires - Do not move firepits or rings, only burn in designated spots. - Please don't burn trash, cans, bottles, or wood with nails or screws. - Do not use any oil or fuel to start a fire. Pets Policy - Your dog, your responsibility. - Keep all dogs on a leash, pick up waste, no dogs left unattended, and do not bring dogs that excessively bark. Golf Carts/Bikes - No irresponsible drivers. - Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Keep it slow and under control while on the road. - Use caution around the horses. - Yield at all intersections of camp. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are 12 pm-7 am. Smoking Policy - No smoking in buildings, laundry rooms, or around barns. Trash Policy - Deposit all trash in dumpsters at the entrance of the campground. - Leave no trace. - Please leave your site as you found it. Fire Policy - No fireworks allowed. Photograph - All guests staying with us allow permission to take photographs of you and said property for use to publish or print with or without your name for any lawful purpose for publicity, illustration, web content, or advertising. Bathhouses - Please respect the bathhouses. Children - All children must be accompanied by an adult. Horse Camping Rules - Please do not unload horses without negative Coggins. - We are not a state-owned property & not required to check for them. - Coggins is for your travel purposes. - Safety is a personal responsibility. - STALLS: Inspect your stalls before use. - Please strip your stalls before you leave. - Empty the wheelbarrow in the muck pile located near your stall barn. - All manure and hay must be cleaned up. - Be sure to leave pick forks, rakes, and wheelbarrows in designated areas. - HORSES ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND FOR TACKING ONLY. - Only tie horses on trailers or hitching posts. - Do not leave horses to loaf in the campground. - NO FREE RIDING IN THE CAMPGROUND. - Riding is limited to and from the trails only. - All dogs must be kept on a leash. - Please clean up after the dogs. - Rinse or cool down your horse, please don't bathe your horse. - No washing tack in laundry rooms. - Leave no trace. - Leave your campsite as you found it. - Must use shaving in stalls. This helps maintain stall floors - Please follow all General Rules. Summer Camping Rules - Follow all general rules. - Summer Camping is $2000 from Derby weekend-Labor Day Weekend. - Summer Camping is from Thursday 12 pm to Sunday 2 pm. 3-day weekends, every weekend. - Be sure your camper is in your site and not crowding neighboring sites. - Cords and hoses are to be put under your camper for mowing purposes. - Seasonal campers are expected to weedeater or spray for weeds around their campers. - Turn off the air when departing for the week. - $25 a day will be charged if left on. - Store your camp upon departure. - Store mats or make sure they can be mowed around. - Shut off the air & gear off the water. - Keep a tidy camp. - Keep your camper insured. - Any damage that occurs goes through your insurance. (This is per insurance policy) - Want a longer stay? Come in March and April $275 per month. - Extend your season in September, and October by $275 per month. - Two-day weekend. - Storage is $75 per month on-site, slides in & unplugged. - $150 per month plugged in with only fridge running. - After the season only. - Want to secure a site for next season? Put down a $500 deposit to hold your site. - All deposits go towards the balance owed. Nonrefundable. - All rules are subject to change. - Got an event this summer? Special rates for renting a salon for all summer guests. - 9 am-11 pm $150 per day, Small Room $75. - Please book two weeks in advance. The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
