Need to know about Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in and Check-out Procedure - Check in: 1:00pm. - Check out: 11:00am. - Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per RV without Management approval. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Fishing Regulations - Violations of fishing regulations will result in a $100/fine per incident and possible loss of fishing privileges or expulsion from park. - Catfish must be between 15-24 inches and weigh between 3-7lbs. - Maximum 1 catfish per reservation/month. - Bass must be a minimum of 14 inches. Maximum 1/per day per reservation or 5 per month. - Panfish (bluegill, perch, crappie, brim) must be a minimum of 6 inches. - Maximum 2/day per reservation or 10/month. - Tilapia must be a minimum of 12 inches. - Maximum 10/reservation per month. - Please release any carp back into the pond. - If another species is caught, please notify management. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 5 MPH, please be courteous to pedestrians. Sites - Sites should be kept neat and tidy, without trash and clutter. - Any outside appliance excluding grills (example: deep freezer, outdoor storage) needs management approval. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be courteous to your neighbors. Garbage - All garbage must be in closed container and disposed of in dumpster. - Please break down boxes and make sure to shut the lid. - This helps keep the racoons away. Campfires - Campfires are permitted but must be contained and within county guidelines. - No open fire is allowed if wind is more than 8 MPH. Pets - All pets must be kept on a leash, unless in an approved enclosure or at the dog park. - Pets must always be attended when outside. - No aggressive pets are allowed in the park. - Pet enclosures are allowed on a case by case basis. - They must be approved by management and must be moved for the mowers. - All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of. - A $25/pile will be charged to guest if not immediately picked up. Fireworks - No fireworks are permitted at the park, per city law. Trees - Please don’t trim or cut down trees, if there is a problem alert management and we will take care of it. Park - Please don’t park on the grass and move all items off the grass when mowing is taking place. Liability - Quilly’s Big Fish is not liable for any damages to your RV, personal belongings, or theft. Site Rules / RV Standards - RV’s must be in working condition at all times and be kept clean. Site Modification Policy - Decks, sheds, canopies, and any other additions to your site must be approved by management prior to installation. - They must be kept in good working condition and repaired in a timely manner if needed. Water use and Vehicle Washing Policy - Washing of RV’s, vehicles, and boats is permitted with a sprayer that has a shut off. - Seasonal and long term guests are required to wash their RV yearly. On-Site Repair and Maintenance Policy - We do not allow mechanical work to vehicles or RV’s to be done on site. - Some provisions can be made with managers approval. - Mobile RV technicians are allowed. Grounds and Landscaping Policy - Sprinklers are permitted, but please don’t run them for more than 30 minutes at a time. Swimming - No swimming is allowed in any of our ponds. - All water activities are at your own risk. Guests - Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. - Guest assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park harmless from and indemnify Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park against the same. Right to Evict Clause - We reserve the right to evict anyone such as registered Guests, visitors, and pets from Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park who does not comply with the rules and policies. - All rules apply to anyone on the premises of Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park.
Cancellation policy for Quilly’s Big Fish RV Park
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation for Reservation Policy - Cancellations for reservations less than one month will receive a full refund, minus a one night cancellation fee. - If you cancel your stay within 48 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit 50% of the total stay. - Monthly reservations canceled more than one month from the arrival date will receive 50% of their deposit, cancellations made within one month of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Refund Policy - No refunds will be issued after the arrival date, including no-shows. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
