To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-in/ Check-out - Check-in Time: 1.00 p.m. - Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposit Policy: - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. Quiet hours - Quiet hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. - Please keep the radio, television, and other noises to a minimum. Camping Etiquette: - Registered sites allow a maximum of two vehicles if site dimensions are large enough for parking. - In the case that your site cannot hold a secondary vehicle, we have additional parking located throughout the park. - Please do not park in a camping space not assigned to you, as it is subject to towing. - Please inform management of any additional visitors, as each site has a maximum allotted. - Tents are not allowed during your stay under any circumstances, canopies are allowed however must be within the boundaries of your reserved site. Site Maintenance: - Please keep your site neat and free of litter including cigarettes. - For safety reasons, clotheslines are not allowed at our RV park. - Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other articles on trees and fences. - Our laundry facility has washing machines and dryers available for your convenience. Holiday Weekends - Two nights (Fri/ Sat) minimum stay is required during Memorial Day, Independence Day (when July 4th falls on a Fri/ Sat/ Sun/ Mon), and Labor Day Weekends. Pricing - Rates are subject to change without notice. Reserved site - Management reserves the right to change your assigned site if necessary. - We will attempt to keep you on your reserved site and notify you of any change, but we cannot guarantee the site number. Pet Rules - Limit 2 pets per site. - We love all dogs but due to our insurance restrictions, we cannot welcome Pitt Bulls, Pitt Bull mix, and aggressive dogs. Thanks for your understanding! - All dogs must be on a leash at all times except within the fenced-in dog park. - If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave him or her unattended. Fires - Fires are permitted only in barbecue grills and fire pit rings; No firearms, fireworks, bb guns, bows and arrows. Firepits - We allow fires as long as they are in supervised, raised firepits. - If you do not have one available, contact the office to inquire about nightly rentals. - Please note for all rentals: Any lost, damaged, or non-repairable firepits will result in a $200 fee. Vehicles - Please observe the speed limit of 5mph. - Cars, motorcycles, bicycles, RVs must be parked at the assigned RV spot. - No mechanic work or washing. WIFI - Complimentary WIFI access is provided. - WIFI speed might be impacted by usage which is high between 5 P.M. and 12 P.M. - Please note: we do not guarantee WIFI access at every site as our main office is a WIFI hotspot. Liability - Riverbend RV park will not be responsible for fire, accidents, power surges, or loss of personal property/valuables of any kind. - Guests accept site rental privileges with the understanding that they are responsible for their and their children’s safety. - Use of surge protection is recommended.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
