Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
- While each Park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site Manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Check-in Time is 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm MST for RV and Tent sites and our Equine RV Guests. - Check-Out Time is 11:00 am MST. Late check-out charges will apply. - Rates are based on 3-person occupancy. Additional persons are $5.00 per person per day. Children aged 7 and younger are free. - Pitching a tent fee special request in your RV site is $15.00 per night per tent. Or book a tent site for $35.95 per night Before taxes. - RV Unit restricted to max-age 18 years old. Submit pictures for approval of restoration if you have an older unit. Late Arrivals: - Please contact us if you think you may arrive after our business hours for instructions. - We ask that all RV & Tent sites be pitched and set up before our quiet hours at 10 pm, MST. This is to extend courtesy to other fellow campers. Please make sure that you arrive enough time to adhere to our quiet hours policy. - All late arrivals should check-in, at our office, in the morning. Quiet Times: - Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am MST. - Our Park is for all to enjoy. Please keep alcoholic beverages to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. - No running of generators, please. All sites have electricity. - We have dumpsters available for your convenience. - Do not drop cigarette butts on the ground or use dispensers in the buildings. - You are liable for your pets, children, and guests' actions and are financially responsible for any damage to park facilities. General Information: - Children must be accompanied by an adult. - No loud music or parties, please. - No smoking inside buildings. - No washing of RV vehicles on the property. - Horses on the property are privately owned pets (Please don't approach horses or feed horses on guest's sites without permission) - Do not enter other guest sites or cut thru their space. Pets: - We are permitting all breeds of obedient and friendly dogs to our Park. We ask that you be responsible and courteous and clean up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste. - All dogs must have a current Certificate of Vaccination (RABIES). - Dogs must be under 100# - Must be on a leash in the Park. - Pets can be off-leash in pet play areas. - No aggressive or biting dogs. - Please control barking. - Dogs are not to be left alone outside. - 2 pets maximum per site. $5.00 for each pet over will be applied. - Clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed inside the building unless it is a service dog needed for assistance. We have a dog wash station in the lower Bathroom on the west side of the building. Campfires: - Campfires in the designated fire pits only. Ground fires are not permitted. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed. Do not gather downed wood and bring it into the campground. Completely extinguish all fires before leaving the campsite. Fires may be prohibited during burn ban conditions or high winds. - No firecrackers or explosives are permitted on the property. Equine Policy: - Current Coggins & Health Certificate for all Horses/Mules are required if not a Utah residence. - No stallions!!!! - Corrals are 12'' 12' pipe corrals with ONE EQUINE PER CORRAL, so please be sure you are making your reservation for corrals for each equine you are bringing with you. - You must make a reservation for an Equine RV site to be allowed to make a corral reservation at our Park. - (You are responsible for keeping your corral clean daily and before checking out. Failure to do so, you could be charged a clean-up fee determined by how long it takes to clean the site. Wheel barrels and rakes provided.) - (Please leave the site in the same condition as when you arrived, so it is ready for the next guest.) - You will be held responsible for any damages to the site, corrals, and holes dug by the equine and may incur charges. - Water hoses are available, but you will need your water buckets and feed buckets. - The sites with corrals behind them you can unload from your site once parked. Please saddle up inside the corral behind your site. If you tie it to your trailer, you will be responsible for repairing the dirt/gravel at the site. Tie posts are provided for tacking up in some areas. Equines are not allowed thru the RV park for safety reasons. - There are trails on the Park's outer edge for the equine to use. - No portable corrals, hotwire, picket lines, or hi-lines are allowed. It would help if you used on-site corrals only. You must make reservations ahead of time for corrals and your Camp Site Reservation. - No shavings, straws, or pellets are used in corrals. If cleaning out your trailer, you must dispose of waste in the designated manure pile. We have turn out pens for the equine to warm up before riding or a good roll after a ride. The turnout pens are for short-term use only. You are to clean up the pen after using it. Limit your time to 15 minutes so others may use the pens if needed. ATVs and Mountain Bikes: We allow street legal ATVs to type off-road vehicles inside our Park for getting to our store, restrooms, and laundry. There are no trails for them from our Park except to go on highways to designated ATV trails 15-30 minutes away. We welcome you to stay and camp, and if you are in a toy hauler and need to unload your ATV to set up camp, that is acceptable. Please do not leave the motor running as the loud noise can disturb other guests. - Absolutely no ATV in or around the Horse Equine areas. - Mountain bikes, sorry there are no trails from our Park for mountain bikes, but designated trails are within a short drive in Kodachrome Basin or Red Canyon and surrounding areas. You may ride your bike around the RV park to restrooms, store & laundry. - ABSOLUTELY NO Bikes in or around the Horse Equine areas RV Sites and Tents: - Special requests approved by management are needed in advance for pitching a tent in your RV site will be an additional $15.00 per night. - Groups in RV Sites have several special areas for groups looking to book sites and facilities; please contact us in advance for more information. Visitor Policy: - Outside visitors are limited to one vehicle as we have limited parking. - All visitors must check-in at the office. - All vehicles must have car tags visible. - Visitors are permitted to be in the Park from 8:00 am - 9 pm MDT only. Should visitors stay later, registered guests will incur additional charges. Visitors are responsible for following all the Park rules. Cancelation Policy: - You have up to 7 days before the arrival date to qualify for a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel the reservation 3 days or less to the arrival date, you will be charged the full amount as this does not allow enough reasonable time to rebook the site. Cancelation Policy: - Large Special Event Reservation Bookings, - There will be a non-refundable deposit required. (Please contact us to make arrangements). - NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES - Mother Nature Hazards: Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park are in a natural area with a river that runs at the back of the property and can have flash floods from heavy rain from higher elevations that flow into this river. It is possible that rising water could overtake the bank and flow within our park boundaries. Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park would assume no liability if this act of nature were to cause damage to your property. Trees and the shade they provide an enjoyable campground experience. However, trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and extreme weather conditions from Spring to Fall. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury, or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration. - If you are concerned about the possibility of damage to your property, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Manager and ask to be moved to another location; we will try our best to accommodate you if sites are available. - All-natural areas may be hazardous and are entered into at your own risk, including exploring the nature trails around the property. - Please make sure that children are always supervised and accompanied by an adult within the Park for their safety. PERSONAL PROPERTY: - Park management is not responsible for loss, damages, or claims to guests' property due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Site Requests: - While we do try to honor site requests, specific sites are not guaranteed. You can request a certain site, but it is subject to change. You could be moved to a different site without notification. Your new site would still have comparable hookups but may not be the one you had your heart set on. There are no refunds or discounts should this occur. Laundry Facilities: - We have 5 stackable commercial washer dryers. The machines are coin-operated, with a bill changer available. Restrooms/Showers: - We have 3 buildings spaced throughout the Park for restrooms & showers and are ADA compliant. Total showers 5 for women and 5 for men. - Private Shower with a door has a bench seat and towel hook. - ADA compliant toilets are in each restroom plus standard toilets. - Vanity counters in all restrooms with electrical outlets and mirrors. - Two hands wash sinks in each restroom. - The outdoor dishwashing station for Tent campers is located on the side of the restroom near tent sites. - Outdoor water/bottle filling stations at all restrooms.
