To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2 pm. - Check-out is at 11 am. - If you would like a late check-out, please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Terms And Conditions - Flat Creek Marina & RV Camping is a safe place for everyone to enjoy. - The safety, well-being, and experience of each and every person is important to us. - As such, please find the park rules below. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. - On holiday weekends, we do not expect folks to be quiet by 10:00 pm. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park. Marina - The marina is a no-wake zone. Sewer Connection - A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required. Trash And Garbage - Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. Disposal Of Fish Remains - Do not discard remains in swimming areas or onto the boat ramp. Parking - Each campsite comes with two parking passes. - If you have more than two vehicles per campsite, a $5.00 day pass per vehicle is required. - These can be purchased online at checkout or in the store. - If needed, there are other parking areas within the park. Children - Children under age 15 must not be left unattended or without adult supervision. Swimming - Swim at your own risk. - There is no lifeguard on duty. Community Facilities - Restrooms, showers, and laundry are available to all registered guests. - Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - Wipe out the washers and remove lint from the dryers after each use. - Report any problems with laundry machines to the Flat Creek store staff. Pet Rules - Make sure you have a leash handy at all times. - Use it if you are around other dogs or just cannot control yourself. - When you empty yourself, make sure it is cleaned up, or you will be put on a leash forever. - Your owner will be charged $20 if we have to clean up for you. - When you are having fun, we expect a little bark now and then. - If you bark loudly all the time, you may be asked to stay in your camper. - If you bark loudly in the RV, you will be asked to leave the park. - Ask your owner where you can and cannot go. - Obey what they say, or you will be put on a leash. - If you attack another animal in the park, you will be put on a leash and never get off of it. - Ask your owner if you have had your vaccinations. - If not, you must wear a mask and stay at least six feet away from everyone. - Attention owners: Your rules are pretty much the same as your dogs' rules. Credit Card On File Program - Flat Creek Marina & RV Camping LLC uses a credit card on file program as a convenient method of paying for guest services. - Your credit card information will be kept confidential and secure. Liability - All park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of guests. - Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk. - Flat Creek Marina & RV Camping is not responsible for accidents, fires, falling limbs, thefts, wind, floods, personal negligence, acts of God, or other unfortunate circumstances. - The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals, guests, or pets at their site, as well as for any and all damages that may occur to park property.

Campground Cancellation Policy - We hope you can stay for your full vacation, but things happen. - If you have to cancel, we have some options. - All cancellations will have a processing fee of $3 Daily & Weekly Reservations - All daily and/or weekly site reservations require a one-night deposit/pre-payment at the time the reservation is made. - Three or more days' notice - Full refund - Less than three days' notice - One night's fee is charged - Early departure - No refund Monthly Reservations - All monthly sites require a security deposit at the time the reservation is made - Three or more weeks' notice - Full refund - Less than three weeks' notice - $25 is charged - Less than two weeks' notice - $75 fee is charged - Early departure - No refund Holiday Reservations - The following weekends are considered “holidays” and must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. - Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day - Three or more weeks’ notice: Full refund - Less than three weeks’ notice: One night's fee is charged - Less than two weeks’ notice: No refund - Early departure: No refund Date Change - We want your experience with us to be easy so that you can focus on fun and relaxation. - We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. - Three or more days' notice - No fee when re-booking - Less than three days' notice - $25 fee when re-booking Rate Changes - Prices are subject to change at any time. - If fees change, we will honor the fees in effect when you made the reservation if you have made a deposit, as long as you do not change the reservation. - If you make changes, we will apply the new fees. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
