Check-In and Check-Out -Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs require manager approval. There are no refunds for early departures. If you don't arrive by noon the day after your reservation begins (without prior arrangements), your site becomes available and payments are forfeited. We do our best to honor site requests, though our manager makes final placement decisions. Guests and Visitors -Base occupancy is two people per space; additional residents are $50 per person per month. Each site may have up to four guests. Site Standards -Keep the area under your RV clean and clear of stored materials. Only outdoor furniture and items designed for outside use are permitted, and these should be kept minimal. Any site improvements or alterations need approval from the office before you begin. Digging requires written management approval. Awnings, skirting, storage sheds, and fences must comply with local regulations and may require permits. Please stay off vacant sites and other tenants' lots to protect underground utilities. -The following items are not permitted outside: laundry machines, clotheslines, appliances, open containers, and indoor furniture. Quiet Hours -Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM Monday through Saturday. Sundays are quiet days with no power tools like circular saws or grinders. Pets -Clean up after your pets immediately, whether in the dog park or anywhere in the resort. Keep pets on a leash no longer than six feet when outside your RV, unless they're inside the dog park. Pets are welcome in the office but not in other facilities, especially the pool area (this is Arizona health code). Don't chain pets outside unattended or let them onto other sites. Maximum three pets per space. Uncontrolled pets may result in being asked to leave. Animal control will be called for roaming or distressed animals. Vehicles -Each space allows one RV or park model and two vehicles. Only one RV may be occupied per site, and guests cannot reside in vehicles. All vehicles and RVs must be in running condition and well-maintained. Be mindful of engine noise, especially diesel engines. No major vehicle repairs on-site; minor repairs should be completed within 24 hours. Washing vehicles is fine, just don't spray your neighbor. Parking and Speed -All vehicles must fit within your space. Common areas, empty sites, other lots, and streets are not for parking. The speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the resort. Trash -Keep your site clean and dispose of trash in resort dumpsters or at an off-site facility. Fire Safety -Only propane fire pits are allowed. Open wood fires are prohibited. Utilities -Each space has a back-flow preventer designed to prevent water contamination. Please don't remove it; missing devices incur a $25 fee. Sewer lines must have at least a three-inch drop, and any leaks from your RV other than potable water are not acceptable. Pool and Spa -Pool hours are 7 AM to 9 PM for children and 9 PM to 7 AM for adults only. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool and spa are for tenants only; guests must be accompanied by a resident. No one under 18 may use the pool or spa without adult supervision. How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
