Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure Check-in/Check-out: - Check out at 11 am for all campers. - Check-in is at 1 pm for all campers. Arrival Times - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Deposit/Reservations Policy: - Credit Card payment is required for full payment at the time of booking. - Failure to show up on reservation day will result in full charges for the length of time booked with no refund given. Campground Season - May 1- Sept 30 (weather permitting). Pet Policy - Pets are welcome - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - No pets were left unattended at the campsite. - No pets in the pool area or office. - Guests allowed per site: Most sites allow for a maximum of 6 people except the 4-person cabins and a few of the smaller tent sites, see notes on each site. Vehicle - Most Tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and 2 cars. - Additional tents or cars require the rental of an additional tent site. - RV sites all equipment must fit within your site boundaries, tents are allowed - Cabins allow for a maximum of 1 car. No tents or trailers. - Tent/Van Electric sites allow only tents, vans, and truck campers. No Trailers. Guests who arrive with trailers may be refused check-in with no refund given. Parking Policy - All vehicles must fit within your site. - Please carefully read the site dimensions and measure the full length of your equipment before making a booking. Boat Parking - Unfortunately, we have very limited spare parking at camp. - All equipment needs to fit within the site you have rented. - Any additional boat parking required is based on space available at a rate of $10/day. Pool Policy - Children under 16 must have an adult present. - No food or beverages in the pool area. - No smoking in the pool area. - No running, no diving in the pool area. - The pool is not heated and open the same as office hours Water/Lake Policy - Children should have an adult present when around the water/lake area. - Life jackets must be worn while using campground vessels. - Guests assume all risks of using campground vessels. - Camp Coeur d’Alene is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in a campground vessel. - We do not have a docking area for motor boats and we do not recommend docking your personal kayaks, rafts, and canoes in Camp Coeur d’Alene’s water access. - Guests assume the risk of damage or loss of property to vessels docked at Camp Coeur d’Alene. Hiking Policy - Guests assume all risks while hiking in or near Camp Coeur d’Alene. - Camp Coeur d’Alene is not responsible for injury or negligence while hiking. - Please be aware of wildlife and falling rocks while hiking. Garbage Bin Policy - Residential bags only, no boxes and please use our recycling center when possible. Quiet Time Policy: - 10:00 pm to 8 am. - If multiple complaints are received and more than one warning is given, we reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund given. - Please be respectful of other campers. Speed Limit Policy - 5mph at all times throughout the park. - Watch out for other campers. Alcohol - Please be courteous to other campers and families when consuming alcohol. Liability - Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, loss, damage, or theft of the interior of the RV or tent. Disclaimer - We thank you for your cooperation and consideration of other campers around you. - If you fail to comply with our rules and regulations we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. - Most importantly please enjoy your stay with us!

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
